Their self order machine doesn't actually send your order to the line. We ended up waiting 40 mins for our food. And then our order was wrong 😭

This place is a hidden fast food gem! I've been coming to this location on and off for awhile. The crew is always extremely nice and they all have great manners! In a world where fast food is lacking (price, time, etc.) this place excels. Attention to detail like properly wrapping the burgers and accurately marking the lid on your drinks all with a smiley ready-to-go attitude... unheard of... I'm unsure if Terry at the window is in management, but she should be well taken care of by the franchise regardless of position. She sets a great example! Keep on being amazing!

The bldg was clean, and had lots of natural light, plus there was an outdoor area that had shelter above! The restroom was a single room with toilet and urinal(both clean), the room clean with a air dryer for your hands, that had a blue light. I ordered inside on a kiosk, and within 4 mins and 46 seconds had my order of a burger and fries. It was at dinner rush 5:47 pm, on a Friday.

The daytime manager,an elderly woman is very unprofessional and speaks to everyone including customers in a condescending manner.I asked her for help using the mobil app and was immediately dissmissed and told the app wasn't her problem. I've had to deal with this type of behavior from her several times. I was a regular customer but not anymore.
