I haven’t been to Chick-Fil-A in a while so I decided to come in and treat my son to something after his high school concert. The staff is Wonderful no complaints there the store very clean, but my complaint comes in with my food. The only thing that was right was my Kale Salad and Tea. My son scanned his awards for his free medium fry never got it. I asked for a Spicy Grilled Deluxe with Pepper Jack cheese no pickles I got a fried sandwich and I couldn’t bring it back cause I was already home. I never got a receipt
I want to update my comment: the Owner Mr. Ryan absolutely amazing. He reached out to make sure my next experience is better and for that I am Grateful and Thankful.

I ordered a chocolate shake with cookie crumble added and a small waffle fries. Brian Kellner gives me my food but the shake didn’t have the cookie crumble added. I told him that i wanted the cookie crumble and he gave me a stare as if i wasn’t supposed to get what i had asked for. Charged me the extra 43 cent and didn’t say a word. Just very rude and stank face. Maybe he should quit sense he dont like taking orders. Cause i was very clear when i made my order and didnt deserve the attitude. Very sassy.

The worst store in the entire franchise. 3 out 4 trips and food is missing. A refund does nothing for the inconvenience of having no sandwich to eat after working 12 hours. Unfortunately this is the norm in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area.

The drive through is awful. Even when the line is only modestly long, they still take an exorbitant long time to move the customers through.
