Food is always great here and staff are friendly. This place gets busy and a little chaotic because Franklin high school is across the street, but I've never had any issues. Come get your delicious food!

Great experience! They gave good sized portions of everything. The staff were super friendly and the food was so fresh! I got a burrito bowl with double chicken and guacamole.

This location is trash. One person handling making food and the register while everybody else is in the back playing around. Meanwhile part of my order is missing

The brown rice in 2 of my burritos was undercooked. Like crunchy. The white rice in our other orders was fine but the brown rice was bad. Come on.

This was the worst Chipoltle that I have ever been too and I have been to a 100 different locations. Rude manager. No staff working. Stale chips. The dozen I got in the bag. Indifferent cashier. Dirty tables, trays, everything! Never. Ever. Again.

I haven't been to a Chipotle in about 9 years but I saw an ad for their honey chicken quesadilla, so I came by to try it. This is also my first time coming to this particular branch. I ordered my meal online, and when I arrived, I walked to the online pickup counter. A young man seemed to anticipate my arrival and quickly asked me about my order, found it, and handed it to me. He was very efficient, which I appreciated!

Can’t get in the store when there’s 30 ppl hanging outside and running in and out of the restaurant…couldn’t get anything because I couldn’t get in

First of all I am Ioyal customer been coming to this Chipotle for a couple of years now. But unfortunately there customer service has fell off. They need to improve there customer service. I been waiting for honey chicken to get cut. So one of the employees were cutting up the honey chicken I have been waiting and I was on my lunch break. I ordered 2 tacos as he were cutting up the honey chicken I feel as though he should have put some of the honey chicken on my tacos. But he didn't I had to wait for him to finish cutting. So I got the regular chicken instead, which I wanted the honey chicken. I just felt like he handled it all wrong. Because he seen that I was waiting. Poor customer service. 😡😡

This location used to be not so bad until they hired new employees. The front cashier will ignore you if you have a mobile order and will just tell you they are making it even though you can see your order ready right behind her. I've gone 3 times now and each time they have messed up my order including missing drinks and chips and even 1 of my meals was missing as they put it in another customers bag. They get mad when you come back and say there's something missing and just slam everything back in your bag and give it back to you. I no longer want to go to this location as I have to recheck my bag before i leave everytime.
