Worst chipotle ever. Always in a disarray behind the glass and in the dining area.

Can’t get in the store when there’s 30 ppl hanging outside and running in and out of the restaurant…couldn’t get anything because I couldn’t get in

First of all I am Ioyal customer been coming to this Chipotle for a couple of years now. But unfortunately there customer service has fell off. They need to improve there customer service. I been waiting for honey chicken to get cut. So one of the employees were cutting up the honey chicken I have been waiting and I was on my lunch break. I ordered 2 tacos as he were cutting up the honey chicken I feel as though he should have put some of the honey chicken on my tacos. But he didn't I had to wait for him to finish cutting. So I got the regular chicken instead, which I wanted the honey chicken. I just felt like he handled it all wrong. Because he seen that I was waiting. Poor customer service. 😡😡

This location used to be not so bad until they hired new employees. The front cashier will ignore you if you have a mobile order and will just tell you they are making it even though you can see your order ready right behind her. I've gone 3 times now and each time they have messed up my order including missing drinks and chips and even 1 of my meals was missing as they put it in another customers bag. They get mad when you come back and say there's something missing and just slam everything back in your bag and give it back to you. I no longer want to go to this location as I have to recheck my bag before i leave everytime.

Pick up order was completely wrong. They also gave my toddler a bad tangerine with his kids order.

I tip every single time I order In hopes they will make my order with care, and usual it is pretty decent. Except yesterday. Completely careless disregard of ingredient proportion, missing something entirely, and one of the worst burrito wraps I have ever seen. A drunk two year-old could have done better. I'd sooner go to Qdoba now

Where do I even start? I took a chance with this particular location. It’s close to my job and I didn’t feel like going far for lunch. Despite the reviews, I ordered with them anyway. Order was missing the corn salsa, Queso was missing, and I’m assuming because maybe they didn’t have corn salsa so they overloaded the taco with tomato salsa instead. By doing that, my taco was soggy and falling apart. I couldn’t eat it. I wouldn’t had to eat it with a fork. Maybe orders are better made in person? Idk but I can’t do in person orders all the time due to my tight lunch schedule. I’ll never come here again. Should’ve listened to the reviews

Not sure why this location has such bad ratings. We all know that the food lacks a bit when doing DoorDash or delivery in general from any chipotle lol. I thought we were all in agreement about that. The staff at this location is always friendly and they give generous portions. The only time it’s annoying to visit this location is when the high school kids get off of school and flood the store. Even then, I haven’t had any problems with them it’s just simply a slight annoyance. I really like this location and I hope they continue to improve.

I didn't have the highest of hopes ordering on a Sunday night at nearly 9p, but food was great and there was plenty of it. Ordered via app, was warmly welcomed by the young man preparing orders, then again by another at the register handing over my bag. Tried the "limited time" smoked brisket and it was delicious. Wish they'd keep it! 🤞

I bought 3 entrees. Paid for it. Come home to find out there is no chicken quesadilla inside. Only lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream. Come back to store and manager tells me show me receipt. So now I have to go look for receipt to get a replacement for your mistakes. This place is trash. I'm never ever coming back. Keep the $10 you stole from me.
