The worst customer service ever I have seen. They have aggressive attitude, and talk trash about you in their language. The order you placed, they don’t do it correctly. Not recommended.

I went through the drive through today for a simple hot black coffee. The young lady in the drive through asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I said no. I got home to find a coffee with cream and sugar. I guess I need to start checking my black coffee before I drive off. Ridiculous.

I usually order ahead on the app and the people have my order ready. It takes me at most 7 minutes to get from my place to the dunkin and i hit the order button as soon as I leave my place. Order is ready when i get there. The only difficulty is exiting the parking lot but that’s not a dunkin issue.

Came and it was closed. Advertised closing at 12. Even the flashing sign stated ‘open’. I stayed in the parking lot looking up another location when I saw an employee came around and turned off the sign.

Cashier drops my change on the ground,sandwich is cold,cheese not even melted,terrible customer service! When I took the sandwich back no one apologized they just handed me another sandwich,not going here ANYMORE!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The service was extremely poor—staff were inattentive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the food was no better. The items I ordered were overcooked and tasted burnt, like they’d been fried in old grease. The smell was off-putting, and it definitely affected the flavor. It’s clear the quality of ingredients and preparation is lacking. I won’t be returning. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The male workers are terrible - distracted, with a dont care attitude. The place also attracts some looney customers. The store is small and overly colored, so generally a bad place to hang out sipping a cup and opening a laptop. The Dunkin up in Reisterstown proper near Weiss is much nicer, cleaner, better managed and spacious.

Made a simple order of half a dozen donuts (4 glazed, 1 Boston and 1 chocolate with sprinkles) and yet they messed it up still after I had repeated it about 5 times to make sure and the person that took the order still messed it up
