I usually order ahead on the app and the people have my order ready. It takes me at most 7 minutes to get from my place to the dunkin and i hit the order button as soon as I leave my place. Order is ready when i get there. The only difficulty is exiting the parking lot but that’s not a dunkin issue.
Not the friendliest... just because i like my coffee strong doesn't mean I need to be "coffee shamed" ?

Not the friendliest staff. Especially the guy that is usually in the drive thru he always has an attitude. If you do order ahead in the morning there is absolutely no order whatsoever. The stuff is just everywhere. You can't even see your order on the table so you have to touch and move every other order to find yours which is unsanitary. Most of the staff inside don't even speak English. Not my favorite location at all.
