I asked my 10 year old to go inside the store and buy 6 donuts so he can learn public dealing. The store manager/owner Miss Usha instead of using a small box shoved and squeezed the donuts on top of each other in a small paper bag. The donuts were sticking to each other. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The overall quality of store have decreased significantly over the years.

I use to like to go to this Dunkin location unfortunately I will no longer go there I went there yesterday 02/29/2024 to get breakfast and after I received my order I opened my avocado toast and there was a grey hair in it so I took it back to the store I pointed it out to the lady and she immediately started apologizing to me so the man in the back making food remade my order and came out with the new avocado toast and the other toast that had a hair on it and asked me to point out the hair that was on it and of course it's no longer there after me and the ladies at the front seen it and he had the nerve to ask me if I planted a hair there for one I have very long hair that is dark for 2 how rude and disgusting to ask someone that after I came in very calm and just wanted a new order without hair it was clearly his hair he is an older man with grey hair they definitely lost a loyal person

The two ladies at the register are rude. They will get you order wrong and then be upset and give you attitude when you ask for the right stuff. There wake up raps are always over cooked . They never put sugar in my coffee And even though i constenly tell them what i want they alway try to sneack chocolate donuts in my bag. if they weren't the only dunkin omw to work I wouldn't go
