My second time and last time I didn’t feel welcomed from the beginning however I still wanted to support business at this location but the food was very small portioned and when I went back to inquire about another half of chicken they wanted me to pay $12.00 for it and no sides never again will I ever come back here rude customer service

I went to this location on Friday. The chicken was good however the sides were unbearable to eat - tasted like they were soaked in habanero pepper (I got brussel sprouts), so there was no need for that level of heat. Also my card was charged for $19. Originally my card was charged for $17, now I check my statement and there is a $19 charge. Unfortunately for the extra unauthorized charges on my card, I will never return to this location. I've gone to other El Gran locations and never had this issue before.

Customer service is awful. We ordered online, I picked up the food and realized when we got home we were missing 2 sides. We called them to let them know and they told us to come pick up the sides. My husband drove back out to get them and they just stared at him like they had no idea what he was talking about and then angrily put the sides in containers. They messed up but are angry with us? There are way too many great places to eat in Reiaterstown to deal with being treated poorly by staff.

I eat peruvian chicken 2 to 3 times a week and this is the first time I was charged 2 more for an all dark whole chicken. Let's not get greedy now smh
Friendly greeting & attentive service but I was very disappointed by the food & drink. I had one of their juices which didn't taste at all like what I was told & the chicken was bland with sauces on the side. I was also disappointed since I asked for something without bone & git a bone in chicken breastSadly for this place, there are many better options for this type of food within a 5 mi radius
