I was in the area for an event and wanted to check out the local beer scene. The beer was fantastic. I also greatly enjoyed the friendly greeting by the locals on the way in.

Good atmosphere, live music was great. Lots of beer choices for any taste.

Really good beer and nice employees. They are open very limited hours and have last call at 730 on Saturdays which is disappointing.

This place use to be a personal favorite of mine however after attending the santa event yesterday I feel otherwise. The road to get there and leave are narrow. A man decided to try to run me off the road going about 40mph with my 3 year old daughter.I confronted the man. What did farmacy do? They asked me to leave to de-escalate (which I understand). But let the man continue to be there after trying to run someone off the road. Great job Farmacy. You lost a loyal customer.RESPONSE TO JUSTIN (OWNER OF FARMACY) 12/18Justin yes we spoke on the phone and you were nothing but professional and polite. However, I wasn't looking for a refund the fact that my girlfriend and myself spoke about this incident in great detail and he wasn't removed from your location speaks volumes to the patrons you will support. Your response translates to this:"We spoke with him and analyzed if he was drunk or not, and he wasn't so we didn't do anything."You clearly didn't remove him from the bar. Although you were polite; you didn't take the safety of my daughter, my girlfriend or myself seriously. If you did you would have called me back to say you removed him from the location. I guess he's a regular or something. Support jerks like him and your place will be filled with jerks like him.

We visited Farmacy brewery on a Friday evening (11/17) to enjoy the beer, music and food with friends, in relatively mild November weather . We arrived around 5:30 PM. All of the indoor seating was occupied and the beer line was about 10 people deep. We were able to get a few beers and grab seats inside the fire pit gazebo outside of the tasting room. Another couple was there already and we enjoyed a nice conversation with them. During this time, we noticed increasing numbers of children roaming the grounds. Many seemed to be middle school age with most in the elementary age category, and some even younger. As time wore on, the beer line increased to 25-30 people in length and the number of children - at this point rampaging the grounds - had increased. Some were being attended to by their parents but most were on their own and unsupervised, in Lord of the Flies fashion. In any event, and to make matters worse, an adult and child were passing a football around just outside of the tasting room entrance and almost hit one of our group in the head (missed by about 2 inches). They were also running in, out and through the fire pit area and were very loud, disrupting our experience and our conversations. It didn’t seem as if many of the parents even had a clue where their children were in the building or around the grounds. A child predator would have had a field day - it was a target rich environment in that regard, and overall, it was and will continue to, be a safety issue for the unsupervised children. Imagine if the children were to get inside the pasture, chasing and possibly getting injured by the horses. We have had enjoyable experiences the other times we’ve visited Farmacy, but this latest event will make me second guess going there in the future. I don’t think the owners want the place to be a babysitting service for feral-acting children while their parent(s) listen to music, drink beer and eat.So constructively, while I am venting about the experience, I will be sharing this note with Farmacy so that they can consider developing a policy to address this problem (as other micro and farm breweries have previously done). One suggestion is to post signs at the building entrance and by the parking area, notifying parents that they must directly supervise their children at all times inside the building and around the grounds. The same should also be done on the website.PS - no response from Farmacy to-date which is one I’m posting this to a wider audience.Bill Rees

I hadn’t been here in awhile and wow, are the beers good. A great selection too, and the nitro Tufton at 3.9% is amazing. I also really liked the Shitake. So smooth and subtle. Great atmosphere, wood burning stove, horse farm, and a friendly staff. They must have a mouser-cat somewhere but I didn’t see one. I’ll have to come back.

Easily the best brewery I've been to in the area. Kid friendly, great atmosphere, and great beer selection. If you need a place where you can bring your kids and want both them and you to enjoy the visit, vs just parking them to have samples like some parents do, this is perfect. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
