Maria’s Restaurant is without a doubt my absolute favorite restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality are simply amazing. Every experience feels special, welcoming, and memorable. Last year, my family planned to surprise me on my birthday by taking me to a different restaurant, but after an extremely long wait and an unpleasant experience, we decided to leave. Without hesitation, we headed straight to Maria’s. I will not compromise my special day—and for me and my family, Maria’s Restaurant on Main Street in Reisterstown is always the right choice. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories and for serving consistently great food. For the past four years, you have never disappointed us. Every dish we’ve tried has become a favorite. We truly look forward to celebrating many more milestones here in the future. God bless, and here’s to many more years of celebrations at Maria’s!

Drinks were fantastic! Kudos to to the bartender. Food was great. If you’re into soup I loved the 1/2 and 1/2. Thanks to the staff for a great night!

Service was great, drinks were plentiful. But the food was average. Got chicken Marsala with angel hair. Not a lot of sauce on the pasta and the chicken needed seasoning.

Maria's is a hidden gem in Reisterstown Md.I almost hate to post review on it. It is small cozy restaurant that delivers great service and powerfully great tasting food. We had the buffalo wings very good , the nachos with meat excellent, cream of crab soup delicious. Our dinner was stuffed schrimp with broccoli and I had the grilled rack of lamb chops .The lamb chops I ordered as I do all my meat medium well those lamb chops were diabolical good . I have had lamb chops at other restaurants ordered the same way and they would be dry hard or under cook but Maria's do it right. You can have a conversation and not feel like you got to yell . Maria's is an outstanding restaurant that gets it right .

Good location, parking is good, food is very good. Restaurant can get loud as it is styled as so many are now with all hard surfaces that echo. 4% credit card surcharge is excessive.

I have been so disappointed the last several times I’ve ordered food from Maria’s. The quality, portions, and service has dropped in the last year and it’s really unfortunate. I used to love their food, but lately I’ve noticed changes that ruin my opinion of Maria’s. Wraps used to be large and filling with delicious chicken, now they’re small, hardly filled, and the chicken is extremely hard and chewy. I’ve ordered delivery a few times and also have been missing desserts or sides. After my experience this evening I have officially retired the like for Maria’s restaurant.

Some of the more basic dishes are pretty good. I do enjoy their buffalo wing sauce. However, the the consistency in their meals is super inconsistent. Hot and we'll prepared one day and very poorly executed on others. It's not a cheap meal, so I feel that the preparation should at least be more consistent.

Finally, I got to Maria's, and it was everything I expected and more. Our server was fantastic and took care of all our needs for food and beverages, and was outstanding with anything we needed. We had a gluten-free member in our party, and everything she needed was taken care of, ensuring she received what she could eat. I had the half-and-half crab soup, which was half cream of crab and half Maryland crab, and it was absolutely delicious, featuring lots of jumbo lump crab meat and tons of vegetables. I had the surf and turf, which was a petite crab cake paired with three lamb chops, and opted for the roasted potatoes and the stewed lima beans. The crab cake was all jumbo lump; there was no filler whatsoever, and the petite crab cake was actually quite large. I can't imagine what one or two crab cakes would look like, as they must be massive and delicious. The crab cake was absolutely delicious and perfectly broiled. My three lamb chops were meaty, tasty, and perfectly cooked at a medium temperature. The potatoes were filling and flavorful, and the stewed lima beans were excellent in the tomato sauce they were cooked in. The other two members of my party had a full rack of lamb and the grilled shrimp. Both looked excellent and came out just as they should. Our food was spaced out well, with the appetizers and my soup arriving before the meal. For dessert, we shared a rice pudding, which was also fantastic. I am thrilled with the meal that we had. The ambiance was very nice, we were there earlier and it wasn't very crowded, but I can imagine how noisy it could be in this small space if the restaurant had been full. I highly recommend a visit to Maria's, and I will definitely be back for lobster night, as well as to try other menu items. Prices were reasonable, and I highly recommend a visit here.
