I can't say the last time I did not have any issues with setvice or product. It really can't be that hard to get the product ON the bun. Maybe the desired $15hr would help them as they show us how inept they are to do anything right. Avoid this location if and when possible......update 09/16/25....No change. Went through the drive thru and it took forever. Ask for BBQ and was given Sweet and Sour. Easy mistake as they sound so close. The laziest and most inept group of people. I guess the raise did not help.

Door dash terrible here, people are sitting outside on curbs wasting time. Nobody knows what they're doing.
The remodelación is ok but the bad thing is that they took the menus off and some people can’t use the computer and the workers see you standing at the cashier and don’t came to assist the person right away. That is the only reason I given 1-3 starts

Ordered a mcdelivery from this location just now for a deluxe meal. There was no fries. Fries was missing. The burger was scattered with the tomatoes all out of the burger. Nasty shit I ain't eating this. Straight to d trash. Will stick to my liberty road location.

They were nice and quick but I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and got a bacon egg and cheese wrapped in a steak egg and cheese wrapper. So theres that.

This McDonald’s is the WORST! Twice in a row I order delivery and half the items are missing despite the receipt showing all items! They obviously don’t care about their customers. I suggest ANY location other than this one! HORRIBLE.

Originally, I gave them five stars, but after my visit today, I had to drop it down to two. The food was dry, cold, and simply wasn’t good. The fries were cold, and there was an error with my order. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told to pay at one window, go to another, and then redirected to a third—just to pick up a basic order.
I understand that fast food restaurants try to keep the pickup window clear to avoid impacting their service timer, but it reflects poorly when a customer is sent to three different windows, especially when the food isn’t even fresh.
Additionally, the person taking the order had very poor customer service skills, which made the experience even more frustrating.
On a previous visit, I ordered a vanilla milkshake that had black specks in it. It wasn’t vanilla bean, and I was told it was “probably Oreo pieces.” That’s not acceptable. What if someone had a food allergy? Measures should be in place to ensure food is properly prepared and not cross-contaminated. Mistakes like this could be dangerous.
