Slow ahhh helllllllll!!!! Went to pick up a delivery for Uber eats, got the delivery 15 min before arriving, didn't leave the store till 20 min after arriving, what a joke

I come here all the time but today will be my last thanks to JOSH R who claimed he was the manager. He lacks customer service !! I called multiple times after placing a order to make the change. Was placed on hold 3 times all in a span of 15 mins enough time for me to make it all the way to the location. I expressed that I had been calling multiple times and was placed on hold while trying to make a change. He didn’t care ! Told I would have to reorder the entire pizza after I had already paid. I simply asked for a refund. He was rude and I will never spend my money here again ! JOSH should be fired !

Save your time and order dominoes or pizza hut. My family orders from here regularly. Tonight was the worst and our last experience. Extra cheese not extra the pizza was super dry. Always request square cut they only follow the request 20% of the time. Then if you want them to remake it you have to wait another 15 mins for them to remake it. Ill just spend my money else where.

Horrible service in Reisterstown. I ordered a pizza on the app and for some reason sauce was removed from my pizza on the order. I got home and took a bite. Noticed there was no sauce. I called the store to ask i could bring it back and to be replaced because of an accident. The response was that there was nothing that could be done and I would have to order another pizza. So rude. It’s a pizza not a car. How rude to not replace a mistake.

Wait an hour for a pizza only to have your order cancelled, then place another order and wait another hour only to have it cancelled again. Don't waste your time.

This place is terrible liars ordered food and never came then had the nerve to lie n say they did when I have cameras outside my house WORKING! ones at that 😡 terrible services don’t order eat or support them

The worst Papa John's experience ever. First they burnt my cheese pizza up and tried to send me on my way with barely any cheese. I had them remake my pizza right then and there. The guy told me that it'll take 20 mins. Which is a complete lie, I know because I used to work at a pizza place. I told him, that's fine, I'll wait. They remade it and dude threw my pizza in the box and the cheese came completely off multiple slices of the pizza. Well, I brought it right back into the store and had them remake it again. Since they are making a conscious decision not to make it right, I'm going to sit right there until they get it right. I don't care how many times they have to make a simple cheese pizza. They are going to make the pizza that I paid for correctly. I don't give a care about their attitudes, either. Get it there and make my order correctly, clown. I will not be back to this establishment. This location needs to be put out of business. I will go to the other locations for my pizza from now own.

Spent 37 bucks for a delivery order and waited an hour noticed my app said delivered. I did not receive my order cause of your delivery driver had messed up severely and gave it to the wrong address. You’re fired you’re not making business with me. One strike you’re fired

This is the worst location every! They take forever to deliver & then deliver wrong orders & items. The GM Farouk pretends he is unable to provide refunds so you have to come back & they remake the order. I was told my order remake would be done at a certain time & I get there the rude young woman at the register said its just now going in the oven. I still had to wait over 30 minutes. The staff is too busy laughing & talking with one another to make orders quickly & they way customers ask. I wish it was possible to give Zero stars..

These guys are were amazing!! They followed our instructions perfectly!! Our ordered arrived sooner than expected and very Caliente!!! The driver was soooo good!! From start to finish, very satisfied!! Recommended %100

I ordered a Pizza that was half cheese and half chicken and jalapeño. Now tell me why do I find what looks like Ham or Bacon in my pizza? I can’t eat Ham or Bacon!

This store in Owings Mills has a very disrespectful Manager. I ordered food through doordash and the employee gave the DD driver the wrong food. The driver bought someone else's food to my home. I took the wrong food back and the female manager did not help. She didn't care and just waved me away saying you have to call DD, we gave the driver 2 orders. She was very rude and dismissive. I will never return

I went to this place yesterday and ordered a large pizza, requesting it to be well done. When I went to pick up my order, they hadn’t made it well done. I politely asked one of the employees to remake it, but he was extremely rude and angry. He was tall and thin, working the evening shift.

I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. I’m never coming back to this place. Papa John’s really needs to address this issue. The staff doesn’t even know how to talk to customers properly. This is the worst place I’ve visited!
