This is getting ridiculous use to love order from pizza bolis. Every time I call and place my order it's always difficult of placing my order. I constantly have to repeat myself like 5 times of repeating my card number when placing my order. It's very exhausting they should really take there time of listening to the customers when placing there order over the phone. Because repeating yourself 5 times can be very frustrating. I been ordering from here for years now. Never had any problems placing my order over the phone until recently. Idk if this man is new but Every time I call placing my order over the phone I constantly have to repeat myself over and over and over again like 5 times maybe more. I was trying to place my order today but unfortunately I just got frustrated and just hang up the phone. Because no customer shouldn't have to constantly repeat themselves like 5 times or more every time they call when placing an order over the phone. Good cheesesteaks and pizza. Only issue that I have is that I specifically put delivery instructions indicating not to knock and place my food on the patio table. Everytime, they knock. Tonight, the driver made me sign the credit card receipt. Why? I paid online and included a tip. Why even have the delivery instructions as an option if you're going to ignore it?

The worst tasting pizza ever. They cooked the anchovies inside the pizza. The pizza tasted like fish. It was also cold. I called to complain and was told, he told the chef that the anchovies were not to be cooked inside. Acknowledged the mistake and did nothing. No refund just silence. Never will I go back there. $32 wasteful. So upset!!

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza and when it got to my house the pizza was cold and Stiff like it has been sitting for awhile, and the pizza tasted different no good as they usually be just wasn’t the same and the food was cold

Pizza Bolis has new chicken gyros over rice which is absolutely delicious. I love their pizza and subs too. I would recommend this place for delicious takeout.
I literally ask for specific instructions with my order! Then I called back twice, not once but twice to make sure they didn’t forget my instructions for my order and they confirmed. YET THEY STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!!

I gave them chance after chance on different occasions only because I know my first time eating at this location the wings were very good; however everytime after that the wings have been tasting old and burnt like they were cooked in dirty burnt oil. I only had the energy to actually complain in person 1 time and they remade the wings and it was the same horrible taste. I guess I should've just stopped eating there after that as I plan on doing from now on.

I love this establishment it is so clean and so amazingly delicious I’ve been ordering from this location for literally over 20 years it is the absolute best place to eat.
