Hello all, well today I ordered pizza for lunch from pizza hut, I ordered the Big New Yorker with pepperoni, I haven't ordered from here in quite a while and I must say it's going to be a long while before I order again, the pizza that I received was over cooked and I never seen or ate a pizza with that much oregano on the pie and all over inside the box it was almost as if there was no top on the jar of oregano when they went to sprinkle it on the pie and it just went all over, there was just so much that we couldn't even enjoy it, I'm very big into pizza and this may be the worst pizza I have ever eaten, and to the owners of pizza hut I apologize to you but coming from New York good pizza maker are hard to come by it's more of an art to make a good pie that's cooked right.

The food is ok. I like though, my crust a lil more toasted--darker. I also think the bottom can be harder; it feels & taste a lil guey-- too soft.

Pizza hut isn't what it used to be unfortunately. The pan pizza 🍕 is more crust than toppings the boneless wings were dry. Customer Service doesn't know anything about anything and I was promised a response within 3 days on the 28th of June and no response yet. I earned a free pizza due to a promotion and no one knew how to honor it so that was a dud ! I guess I have to go to Domino's or Pizza Boli's because Pizza hut has to realize their pizza isn't exactly cheap and I actually expect quality and not sarcastic responses about rings around the pan. As much as I love the pan crust I don't want more crust than topping.

I visited this Pizza Hut for the 1st time yesterday (12/30/2024). It is a Take-out and Delivery only location. When I walked in the door, Anna was standing at the counter with a big smile and greeted me promptly. She took her time and told me which specials were available when I asked. I decided to get a Medium Pan Pizza with Pepperoni, Green Pepper and Onion. I waited in one of the 3 seats available while my order was prepared. My order was ready in @ 15 minutes. Anna offered me paper plates, napkins and coupons with my order. When I arrived home and opened my pizza, the crust was golden brown and it was loaded with toppings. My only complaint was that some of the green peppers and onions were burnt. I picked those off and enjoyed my pizza. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back.
The delivery driver was very rude I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but I don’t think he up for customer service jobs .He not only snatched the money out my hand unprovoked he also yelled when I asked him to repeat the total.
