EDIT: after receiving a couple orders in a row with stale food, I don’t go here anymore. They never recovered after COVID it seemed.
I typically order a sub here, it's always delicious and heavy-handed. They're among the very few places around here open and delivering until 1a, definitely great for a night owl like me. Delivery can take a little long sometimes at ~45min, but the price is on point for what you get. I'll probably keep ordering from them as long as I live around here :)

My son placed a delivery order a few weeks ago, and it was a bit of confusion with the address. He did not receive his order, when we called to tell them the manager resolved the issue, and was able to get my son his food. The staff here is always friendly, and the food is amazing. We love their pizza and cinnamon sticks, and will continue to order from this establishment. Thank You, Pizza Palace for your great customer service❤️

So I called to make an order and I ended up having issues with the order taker. Well, I received my food and the subs were burnt, all the items that I asked to not be included were included, and the fries were cold.
I guess the moral of the story is.. be nice or they will for sure burn your food ON PURPOSE. I guess that order taker was not smart enough to look at how long we have been ordering from the restaurant. Joke was on them, plenty of sub and pizza places to eat at, don’t trust these people. Bad judgement and morals.

The food was not good. I ordered the burger steak platter and 4 wings with fries. I asked my burger medium well they gave me a well done burger they did not put no onions and peppers as a describe on the menu inside my burger, platter, barely no gravy and then my chicken was not crispy i asked for fried hard. the fries is very soggy. I would never order from this place again

I ordered a pizza today around 5:30 and there was a hair on my pizza which it made me really sad because I wasnt able to go again to the store to get a refund or a new pizza I had to throw it away…
