If you are thinking about ordering from here don't. They don't get the order right half the time. Today I called, the guy that answered the phone sounded like he was either very tired or on drugs. Told me to order online and hung up. Absolutely insane. I'll just go to the cockeysville location from here on out.

First of all I wanted to start off of saying this I just place my order on October, the 10th 24. I ordered my food waited over an hour to arrived and when my food arrived my pizza was not hot at all it was cold. I had to preheat my pizza back up in the oven so it can be hot, which I shouldn't have to preheat my food it should have been already hot when my food arrived. I call twice and asked when my food is going to get here. That's not fair paying Customers should be able to get a hot meal when they food arrived and not all cold and I shouldn't have to preheat my food back up. 😡😡😡😡

Horrible owner. I was loyal customer for over nine years ordering almost daily. Even after raising their prices 4 times in that time I still stayed loyal. But this is the final straw. Unacceptable way of treating someone who has spent 1000’s of dollars with them. Good riddance

I got my food the fries were cold and hard and my sub was soggy, then I called them and, said something about it, they said they was bringing a new one to me, its now been 3 hours, I still haven't got my food it's bad service, they don't know what they doing. I'm never gonna order here again won't recommend

bro i’m not even goin lie bro i ordered two 6 piece wings n a fry bro they had honey all over the bag, food was all open, i called try get some more sauce they told me to bring the wings back tomorrow for a refund this place is 1-10. then at that i paid for 2 ranches where was they at? yall goin to be hearing from special check up team very soon

I order from here all of the time. the employees are always welcoming and sweet and the food is always delicious and flavorful. I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying the food wasn’t good but I’ve never had a bad experience with food here or flavor!
