If you have a cold and just need some egg drop or hot and sour soup, Rice Kitchen is fine.
If you want to eat decent Chinese American, look elsewhere.
And whatever you do, DO NOT order sushi!!! Only time in my life I have ever thrown away maki. It arrived warm to the touch, with rice drying and nori visible shrinking (due to being old); the cucumber was floppy and translucent like old cucumber gets when it has sat too long at room temperature. Tuna was pale - like the color of the pink side of tilapia— and had a sheen to it like old meat. Salmon had a milky substance on it.
Gave it all to the cat.
General Tao’s was bright red but edible— lo mein smells like fish sauce but again, edible.

Dirty, dirty, dirty.. sold me moldy fried rice that smells like something they pulled out of the garbage, I ordered frequently, orders always large $50+ every time, very disappointed. Never again. Like I literally could had gotten sick had I not noticed. Absolutely unacceptable. The health department need to pay them a visit. Caution. Think twice.

Very good food! I asked for spicy Mongolian chicken I didn’t get spicy or Mongolian. I tried to call them, nobody answered! Overall the rest of my food was great!
I ordered. Shrimp egg food young. Very disappointed that they use cheap sticky rice. And my shrimp were white instead of pink immediately discussed can' eat the food. Food used to be really good, hadn't ordered in a while. We'll not order again
