Great breakfast spot. Sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel - choice of cheese was awesome - american, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and something else ...it was really good. The young lady at the cash register was very nice, helpful, efficient, polite. I'll be back!

The guy is obviously burnt out (which is somewhat understandable) with the type of business that he owns and runs, but that's still no excuse to get snippy with customers. Seriously dude, sell the place, take your loss, and find your passion.

RUDE!!

Was near this bagel shop and decided to purchase a half dozen bagels. Asian guy at counter took my order. Asked for bagels to be sliced. Was waiting for about 10 minutes as he helped other customers. Saw the bagels still sitting on the counter unsliced and mentioned to him. He said they were busy and to wait. Then some white guy with arm tattoos (owner ) grabs them and goes to back. Few minutes later he comes to front counter and curtly says "sliced bagels" as if he was doing me a big favor. I looked in the bag and noticed it was indeed my order. Thanked him- He without any acknowledgement just walked away. Noticed other reviews that also mention that the owner is a rude jerk. Also, there is no dedicated website for this place-

Customer service can make or break an establishment. This place needs to close....

I've been going for a while and used to go every weekend but stopped going so much because of the rudeness. Went again and the guy was so rude that this is my last time going. The place is normally busy but this time it wasn't so maybe other people are tired of it as well.

Wes and Wayne are the greatest. Bagels are fresh and the insides are GENEROUS. Always fast and friendly. Our go-to place.

First time visit, noon on a Thursday. Bagel options limitd, as expected this late in the day. I got the egg onion bagel, toasted, cream cheese, bacon, tomato. Cost was $4.95. Bagel had good texture, not too chewy. Bacon was crunchy and not too salty. Really can't beat the cost for this quality. Service was fine. Not overly chatty but not rude. Restaurant has a faint cigarette smell and definitely looks outdated. Wouldn't prefer to dine-in.

Customer service is terrible; couldn’t even place a simple order over the phone. My girlfriend is asking what bagels they have because every one she names he says is sold out, so he cuts her off and tells her to call back then hangs up. I call back from my phone and try to address to situation and he just hangs up again. Sams Bagels & Deli is not a place you want to spend your money especially if you can’t have pleasant or nice customer service. That was the manger that did ask those things, he clarified that he was the manager so if the manager treats customers that way how does the rest of your team treat customers?? SIMPLY NO from here on out.

the guy was so rude at the front. This is my first time there, me and my mom told him like this our first time we looking he continue to rush us at 1:35. He is really rude and i don't think he likes black people. His attitude was very nasty it makes no sense i couldn't even give him my money because he was so nasty.

They are the cheapest breakfast place in the area but the owner is THE RUDEST I don’t even know why!the food is ok the price is better you just have to ignore the ignorance of the owner it’s like he’s just always so upset it’s the morning guy you have to put better energy in the atmosphere
