The service is absolutely terrible and disrespectful, Whoever hired all that female only crew/staff needs to be fired, as well as all the crew in all shifts. They should all be ashamed the mediocre level of service paying customers had to tolerate daily. I hope they close this store.

Update: I don't need to contact none. You guys need to close the store if you don't absolutely fire all current teams and bring better people, more grateful for the opportunity to work.

If I can do anything, it’ll be sure to tell every client I see today how down hill this store has gone. It’ll be great, we will laugh and maybe even cry. I can not even express how disgusted I am with the way the staff act, the cleanliness of the store, and the quality of the product…. What a waste of space…

honestly drink was fine but the girl at the drive through was so rude. was thinking about boycotting but i really like their matcha, this experience made me commit to the boycott. almost tipped too, glad i didn't. went on 11/20 at around 2:00pm.

I only come here when I'm visiting family but I've never once had my drink made correctly. The baristas here do not know their recipes. They need way more training.

Average service from disinterested staff. The chairs are dirty/ stained, trash on the floor. Hot drinks served in paper cups instead of ceramic. The vibe is completely off. Support your local coffee house with people that are actually passionate about what they do because this ain't it.

I have never had problem here before Poor customer service online it says open at 6:00 I came there at 6:20 the manger or worker saw me pull into the drive thru i said hello I was sitting there for two minutes then I got out the car and went to the door she acted like she couldn’t see me at all and the door was locked very rude .

Ok. So there are 2 other Starbucks drive throughs in the area, AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE I CAN GO TO. The owings mills locations are plagued with long drive thru wait times, wrong orders, and sleazy upsells. I even got sour milk in my latte at the one down the street from them. This location gets it right!! Whatever they are doing, thank you to management.

I want to start off by saying I’ve been going for years and was so excited when they first opened due to their convenient location with a drive thru. However, they have consistently provided less than sub par service and almost always get my order wrong.

Today was really disappointing: their mobile order option is almost always turned off for starters. After telling my order to the barista in the drive thru, asking for extra cinnamon in my oatmeal, there was none in it once I made it to the window.

The app also still showed they had the pumpkin muffin in stock but after she put it in, she said they don’t have them (not a problem at all). When I finally got to the window I was then met with annoyance when I needed to add one more drink.

I still happily payed my $32 and then went home but decided to come back to ask if they had the lemon loaf instead. It was at this time in the drive thru that I realized they never gave me my cake pop that I ordered when I came earlier.

The new barista very curtly said they don’t have the lemon load and didn’t even give me time to inquire about what they DID have before telling me to come to the window. Then I was given my cake pop and told to have a nice day so I still couldn’t even ask for a different bakery item.

I understand that it’s holiday season and it can be stressful and overwhelming, however the customer service really let me down today and I was already having a not so great morning.
