I want to start off by saying I’ve been going for years and was so excited when they first opened due to their convenient location with a drive thru. However, they have consistently provided less than sub par service and almost always get my order wrong.

Today was really disappointing: their mobile order option is almost always turned off for starters. After telling my order to the barista in the drive thru, asking for extra cinnamon in my oatmeal, there was none in it once I made it to the window.

The app also still showed they had the pumpkin muffin in stock but after she put it in, she said they don’t have them (not a problem at all). When I finally got to the window I was then met with annoyance when I needed to add one more drink.

I still happily payed my $32 and then went home but decided to come back to ask if they had the lemon loaf instead. It was at this time in the drive thru that I realized they never gave me my cake pop that I ordered when I came earlier.

The new barista very curtly said they don’t have the lemon load and didn’t even give me time to inquire about what they DID have before telling me to come to the window. Then I was given my cake pop and told to have a nice day so I still couldn’t even ask for a different bakery item.

I understand that it’s holiday season and it can be stressful and overwhelming, however the customer service really let me down today and I was already having a not so great morning.

I showed up 25 min early before work and still was late. While at this place the person making my drinks for got to add things and I had to remind her then had the nerve to say oh you wanted that too YES I put it in the order and I ask the person that took my order did he put everything in and he said yes. Very slow

I decided to go to Starbucks in Owings Mills by Costco . Starbucks were fast and accurate and precise when my order was placed online. I would recommend if you are in the area and in need of quick service, Starbucks in Owings Mills is a great place to go. There is even a place where you can sit down and enjoy your meal or drink

Parking: There are plenty of parking and fast drive through

My drink is usually pretty good but the customer service tends to be iffy. Just depends who’s working. Some are great and friendly, some not so much. Either way it’s usually fine, as long as the line isn’t long, then just don’t even bother going.

It's 1920 I came in order caramel machioto , payed and ask to use restroom , the doors were open I ask Sam rhe manager he said go use the bathroom next door.So I complied and came back they locked the doors and almost couldn't get my order .So Hope he gets reprimanded for his actions to the elderly at 60 .Just not fair

2/24/24..Went into this store, noticed one of the staff sweeping and cleaning garbage. I was hoping she wasn’t going to serve us without washing her hands, nope!!, although she didn’t take our order, she took 2 cups with those same hands and started placing the sticker to our cups. I asked her to please wash her hands, she was upset about that. Washed her hands then proceeded to use the same cups she touched previously. I again asked if she can use a new cups, she rolled her eyes and appeared quite annoyed with me at this request. Ordinarily I would have cancelled, get a refund and leave, but I was treating my daughter to an iced matcha latte who hadn’t tried it. I should have gone somewhere else. I felt perhaps I’ll talk with her and gain insight as to why she was so upset. I wanted to see if she understood that not washing your hands after handling garbage was not appropriate especially after we noticed she was doing so when we initially walked in. I also asked if she would she treat her family her mom or anyone else that way, she replied “my mother is dead with a sinister smirk “, I apologized to her for her mom passing but I told her, this doesn’t mean she should treat customers with utter disdain, disregard and unsanitary work ethics. Needless to say,, I didn’t believe “Aya” with that statement, I hope you learn better customer service that is in alignment with Starbucks business motto or any other business.
