Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come in this store at this location about 4 times a week and usually a very pleasant experience, however today Marquise was not pleasant. Upon being asked if he could make sure my smoothie wasn’t watery in taste he never answered. I asked again and he answered and said he couldn’t put additional pineapple in because it’s extra. I’m like I come here all the time and everyone understands what I’m asking about the Mango Magic smoothie and it can be watered down so I ask for the pineapple to be extra. His whole attitude was horrible they I asked for my money back and he had to go get Mike and he never came back out. I will never alllw him to service me and appreciate Mike for stepping up to make my smoothie

I arrived at the plaza location @6:00pm and online says closed at 8pm.

The two people working today seem to need some more training. Orders were backed up way too far. I shouldn’t be waiting almost 30 minutes for 1 item. Absolutely insane. Please do better.

Ordered the oatmeal chia pudding bowl and it was more granola and yogurt than oatmeal. The bananas were also brown. I usually go to the TS location closest to home, but because I work in the area, and leave before the other one opens, I stopped here. I would’ve went back to return it but I was already at work. I should’ve had more oatmeal for $10. I knew it wasn’t much when I finished it pretty fast. Normally the bowl lasts me longer and I eat some of it for lunch.

The young lady at the register was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo rude and disrespectful. I simply told her I told want too much ice and that became an issue. It’s my hard earned money, it’s my choice how I want my smoothie made. If I don’t want too much ice - that means I don’t want it. Worse off, she messed up our order- we asked for 1 smoothie without Pineapple and Mango and it was mixed up. I am not stepping my foot in that store again. Horrible Customer Service. The owner should be aware and keep a more professional staff there.

My açaí bowl was completely melted not even 5 minutes after I got my food. Blueberries were stuck together as well.

I absolutely love this location and staff! They’re always friendly and smiling regardless of the crowd of HS kids. And they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS allow me to order my favorite smoothie (Mango Berry Cosmo) even when it’s not on the menu and that speaks volumes!! That type of customer service alone is why I’ll always love them!

Ordered by accident at the wrong location instead of the one next to my work and they had no idea how to cancel the order and fix it. I was so late for work I could not get a hold of customer support for Tropical Smoothie had to file a dispute with my bank didn’t receive my items and was charged $12 and wasted my entire break. Why can’t Customer Service be better at businesses like it’s not that hard to to cancel an order and remake it for a customer who is returning Customer at the location ?‍♀️

This needs to stop, her appearance and demeanor match. Corporate needs to stop this trend at the door. This was around 7:30am at the Reisterstown MD location and these employees just roll out of bed come to work still sleepy and unmotivated to look professional and be pleasant.
