Visited yesterday afternoon until closing. Started at the inside bar, and then moved outside. Family and friends all enjoyed the food (the bison and drum were fantastic) and strolled on the beach and the pier. Dusk brought out the swimming crabs and a beautiful moon. Did not want to leave!
Our family has tried multiple times. Service is always very very slow. Our last visit, nothing served matched what was listed on the menu and the price does not seem to justify the food or service.
Best dinner I've had in a while as I watched the sunset on the patio. I'll just remember to bring mosquito spray next time.
Best food I’ve had in a while at an awesome venue. Slightly pricier than what I’d usually pay, but still not terribly expensive for the quality of food; worth every cent. If you’re looking at this review, look no further and give the ol’ ‘send it’ to Pier 450.
They were hosting a rehearsal dinner which took everyone away from the regular customers. The food was ok. We will try it once again one day, the first time here it was really nice the second was not great at all. I normally give the benefit of the doubt, but they knew they were hosting this party they should have accounted for. Most everything we asked for we were told we probably couldn't get it due to the party. They dropped my lobster and brought out a half tail then charged us over the normal menu price. Could have been an off day but I was expecting more.
We were looking forward to our first visit and ended up very disappointed. The fish and pork were very over cooked and everything was under seasoned. It didn’t taste good. We’re not picky but it was just bad cooking. It looked like they were understaffed because everything required a long wait. They were not busy. For the cost of the meals, we were expecting much better. We don’t expect to go back.
Finally made it down to try Pier 450 after hearing it hyped up by coworkers. Our service was extremely slow throughout our visit, despite it being mostly empty on Sunday afternoon. My husband hurt his mouth biting into a twist tie that was inside his taco. We didn’t want to make a huge issue of it, but let the waitress know and she took a small amount off the bill. Other than that the rest of the food and cocktails were very good.
Warm welcomes, relaxing ambiance and delicious food. An absolutely delightful experience.
Fifteen minutes late to be seated with a reservation. The bar was out of our drink order. The kitchen was out of our food order. There was an obscenely obnoxious, very drunk table of six or eight in the middle of the table screaming at each other at the top of their cackling lungs and clearly audible outside of the restaurant. And all of this could have been forgiven as an off night, until the food we ordered came out awful. Overcooked, dry lamb. Cold potatoes. Not room temperature. Actually cold, as if it came out of the fridge and was partially microwaved - warm on the edges and still cold in the middle. Undercooked and crunchy noodles in the fettuccini. Literally nothing positive happened during our visit.

My drinks were amazing and my waitress was so sweet and kind. The food wasn't the best but I'd come back for the people and environment. 4 out of 5.

Had a great dinner. Lovely decor. Service was good. Love the pairing of wine with entres
Wasn't impressed the only food that was to rave about were the appetizers the oyster Rockefeller and the crab balls were out of this world. The so called best crab soup Wasn't anything to write home about plain no flavor. The fish I order for my entrée was on the specials not that great
Such a great place to have a meal, and take in a sunset with family or friends. The place is beautiful, and the outside options on nice days are the best. They often have live music. The views are spectacular. Today I treated my friend for her birthday. We ate inside because it was a bit to cool outside, but after our lovely dinner, we walked on the pier and took in the sights. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend taking the drive down to Ridge, to enjoy this gem.

To the owner/manager: I haven't eaten here yet, just perusing because I am debating it. But I noted that you post replies to every 5-star rave review but ignore everything that mentions a problem. That doesn't seem very helpful to me; if someone points out a problem with their dining experience, aren't you interested in keeping them as a customer? I think in your place I would at least make a good-faith effort, apologize, maybe learn something from them. 🤷♀️
For the moment, the fact that you don't seem to care is actually a reason for me to stay away.
Food was very good, pork chop was juicy and tender! Shrimp tacos were just right. Sat outside and enjoyed sunset, once sun went down it got a bit chilly. Band was very good.
