My wife and I had spent a little bit of time at the point look out state park nearby this restaurant so we stopped in for dinner and it was fantastic! Everything about the place was a 10 out of 10 food was great, drinks were fantastic, and so was the service! We will be back!

We visited on a beautiful September evening, and if I could give six stars for the atmosphere, I absolutely would. We sat outside, and the staff was kind enough to start a fire for us—maybe that deserves seven stars! The food was fantastic, the view of the water was breathtaking, and the music was the perfect volume and tempo to enhance the evening without overwhelming it. Overall, Pier 450 delivered an unforgettable experience

Went enjoy the event Jazz Brunch today under a reservation for 3. Shortly upon entering the restaurant we were asked if we would like be seated inside or outside. We requested outdoors and we were let know it would be just a moment for the table to be cleared off. There is a very cute little shop on the inside so we checked it out as we did not mind waiting. I did notice when were sat the hostess had originally picked up menus then they were placed back down. We were told a server should be with us shortly and the hostess asked if we would like waters in the meantime, which we happily accepted. The hostess did bring out the waters, and we sat about 15 mins with no service and had seen a few waiters pass. One of our group members approach the hostess to let her know we still hadn't been serviced and was told that someone would be with us shortly. We continued to wait for another 10 mins or so and decided to leave as there still was no signs of service to given. Too bad, I have been looking forward to coming down to this restaurant for quite some time now.
FOOD: I wouldn't know SERVICE: 1 star since we were sat and given waters. Wouldn't know anything beyond since we weren't given service. Atmosphere: 5 stars The view was beautiful.

Most confusing experience ever. We made a reservation and were given the choice to sit inside or outside and we chose outside. Hostess grabbed menus then put them back and sat us without menus. 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledged we were there. I asked if we could get a server to stop by and then waited 10 more minutes. Nobody. If they didn’t want us eating there they could have just denied our service. We left after 30 minutes and went to salt, that place ended up being amazing

What a gem! Beautiful location, cool vibe, delicious food and drinks. We stayed at the Quarters motel on site, comfy bed with nice sheets, fabulous native plant gardens. We shall return for sure!

Food just mediocre. Chicken with pasta was a leg and thigh attached on top of lukewarm dry pasta. Fish tacos were better, but way too peppery. Needed to be noted that it was spicy. Chocolate cake was amazing.
This cozy get away was amazing and fun. Food was fabulous. Great selection of wines. End up having their speciality cocktails because was unable to resist descriptions which were great. The Pier 75 was refreshing. The Midnight Mule and Sage advice were delicious. The homemade linguine and chicken was creamy and a mouth full of goodness. The Branzino was fresh and flavorful stuffed with the onion and lemon. Desserts are an in-house delight. The carrot cake with cream cheese icing was light and the spices in it were amazing. The cheese cake presented as an individual round cake was delightful. Rich and creamy on a ground cookie crust. Hailey, our server , was the best. Made sure we were doing well,maintained professionalism with a smile. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. The server and bartender who assisted were also professional with a smile. This was such a great find for us We will be returning.

Talk about poor service! Drove over an hour on Sunday evening to try this place out for the first time. Website and google both said closes at 9:00 pm Sunday bar stays open till 10:00 pm. I arrived and walked In and seen nobody but the bartender who had his back turned to me. So I found my way to the restroom and figured I’d give the staff a minute to find there way back to the front. When I came out a young lady came up to me and said I’m sorry we are closed. I said huh? Your website says 9:00 and I drove over an hour to get here. Mind you there was a large table of people outside seated. She said I’m sorry our kitchen closes at 8:00 pm. I said really???? Showing her my Apple Watch that said 8:04! She said I’m really sorry. I’m sorry maybe if someone was up front when I walked in it would have been on time! Again another restaurant with kids working that have no idea what they are doing and no idea what customer service is! I would like to tell you about my dining experience but I was told she was really sorry and knew I drove an hour to get there! If you treat any customer like this you don’t care for their business! I’ve been in business for 16 years and never would do that if someone pointed out my website was wrong and drove over an hour and was within 4 minutes! Don’t waist your money here they don’t need your business! I stopped at a real restaurant on my way back up the road that is open till 20 and had no problem taking me in! The young people these days have no training, no clue , and no ambition and shouldn’t be representing your business if you can’t afford decent help don’t waist people’s time! The young Indian girl should be fired for repeatedly saying yea well I’m really sorry! Do better!

I hadn’t been to this place in a few years, and it’s clear that some things have changed since my last visit. We were disappointed.
The Good: The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Tahir, was also friendly, kind, and accommodating.
The Bad: Service was a bit slow. We chose to eat outside, which is a nice space; however, we were swarmed by what felt like a hundred flies (NO exaggeration), bothering us, our food, and our table. Although there were fans, they provided no relief. It was quite overwhelming and didn't help the experience.
As for the food, it did not meet our expectations. The lamb special was disappointing—there was nothing special about it. The flavor was meh and the lamb itself didn't taste good. The chicken on the house salad was cold and rubbery, suggesting it had been pre-made and refrigerated. While the steak was good, the shrimp was also rubbery.
Also the woman who either owns or manages the place is not friendly to all. In business, consistency in professionalism and courtesy is essential. You shouldn't be selectively pleasant based on personal assumptions. You never truly know who you're speaking to, and appearances can be misleading.
The purpose of this review is to encourage management to see these issues and make improvements. There aren’t many dining options in Ridge, and I genuinely want this place to do better and succeed.
