Arrived at the place. Was seated almost immediately. However, sat at the table for a good 10 minutes or longer with no service or anyone coming over to ask for drinks or if I was ready to order. The girls where standing at the bar talking and laughing. Once I got up and started walking to the door, they all said bye and have a good day. I mean they acknowledged that i was leaving, but didnt even acknowledge i was sitting and waiting to order. Sad. As a new business, the service was good when first opened. Now, it's slacking I feel like with customer service.

What a finding! We went to Conowingo Fishermen’s Park to watch the bald eagles and stopped by Hatchers on Main Street which is located about 9 minutes from Conowingo Dam. The restaurant was full but the waitress could clear tables and seated us in minutes.
We ordered ricotta with blueberry compotes crepe with salad, bacon, and eggs. It was delicious. If the coffee quality has been improved, I would have given five star for food. The service was great.

Amazing! When you walk in the door, you are greeted with such a warm welcome. The entire staff and our server made this such a wonderful experience. Delicious coffee and ice tea, and grown up drinks to add to your breakfast experience. The food is cooked to order and so fresh. You will want to go back the next morning to try something else. Great breakfast menu for the entire family, something for everyone. What a wonderful surprise to have such an amazing place in Rising Sun. Thank you! XO

Went with a group of 4 for breakfast. We all had a delicious breakfast! My omelette and biscuit with homemade jelly was marvelous. The coffee is excellent. The service was wonderful.
Parking: The city parking lot is right a block away, easy to get to.

Amazing breakfast place. You see the owner there every time same people only open from Wednesday till Sunday till 12 noon. Get there early for the good seats. They also have an amazing morning drink menu Also two kinds of eggs, Benedict my favorite !
This is the breakfast spot I've been craving! We live across the bridge in Havre de Grace, where the only breakfast you can get is diner food. While delicious, sometimes you crave food with a little more creativity and local seasonal flair. Hatchers filled that desire. We ordered a cold brew coffee, Chesapeake Bay bloody Mary, Chicken & Waffles with hot honey and the special of the day, an omlet with feta, porcini mushrooms, garlic sautéed spinach and hollandaise sauce with hash browns, a home made biscuit with blueberry jam and a side of bacon. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Pro tip - get there an hour before they close, so when you finish breakfast, you can head across the street and get a beer at Bog Turtle!?

My son and I had breakfast at Hatchers last week and it was outstanding! I had The Original Benny (eggs Benedict), home fries and sausage and while it was a lot to eat I couldn't leave one morsel on the plate! It might be the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. The atmosphere was great (check out the pictures on their website), the wait staff was very attentive and the overall experience was perfect. I highly recommend Hatchers.
