Horrible. Only went because they had a 50% off code in the app. Get to the speaker and they said it was already used which it wasn’t. Wouldn’t let me use another code for 15 minutes. Then get to the window and they charge me for the wrong food then proceed to charge for mine. Refund takes 3 days. Wont ever go back

It's been so long since I've been thoroughly satisfied with a McDonald's order but I was with this location in Rising Sun Maryland. The soda wasn't flat or warm and they understood what light ice meant. The burger was made with care and not just slapped together like the Havre de Grace location. The onions were fresh and they lightly salted the french fries as requested. Whoever is working there right now takes pride in their work and is very much appreciated.

There is a extremely rude old lady at night at this McDonald’s she was very disrespectful and my friend was deaf trying to take his order and she was all loud and acting like we was wasting her time

If your location is closed maybe make sure as management the app and online don't say that it is open, poor excuse for a location and reflects directly on supervisors/ management of the location, I know it cannot be that hard bro..... it's a McDonald's 🤦😪

1/10000 experience. The Manager Jo’Anne was not attentive and when her employee contacted her about an issue with my app, she did not decide to look into it, all she did was say that the code would not work after she SCREAMED at her employees. I feel bad for those young folks working there just trying to make a living. I am completely perturbed by this experience. Once a hometown hero now a hometown horror.

What to say, its only McDonald's. But wow how many times can you mess up. My order is only right about 30% of the time. When I pre-order i have had to go to the restaurant because they just dont bring it out. Not sure if this is all McDonalds but this one is horrible. Then they try to make it right by giving coupons that are expired. I just dread going here.

Asked for no cheese on sandwich, shows no cheese on receipt, shows no cheese on the ticket on sandwich, took out the sandwiches and they both had cheese on them.

I realize McDonald's isn't a 5 star restaurant. This location in particular tends to mess up my orders frequently. I liked to go here for the convenience of it being a 5 minute drive, but I will not be eating at this location anymore.
