Hannah and one other girl who works there are always absolutely miserable and seem like they’re both personally “mad” at me because I’m simply ordering a drink. Multiple occasions of their negative attitudes towards myself and others has many customers leaving upset with the customer service. Why am I getting eyes rolled at me and drinks shoved towards me?

The woman who made my drink, oh she KILLED IT. I used to work at a Starbucks and my drinks just sound annoying to ask for but she was just a white girl with glasses, long brown hair, and a dream… to make these drinks perfect. And she did! Even the nitro lid for the foam (no other place really does this) so I’m just like IKTR!!! Shoutout to her!

First Frappuccino vanilla bean was so good. Couldn't wait to go back. Well have never had a good one since. Most of the time they don't have the Whipped cream but charge you the same price. Went there Thursday and my Frappuccino was like drinking milk and the Whipped cream was so thin they put on a flat lid not the bubble one they usually use. Not going back. Will find some place. Oh by the way I bought 4 drinks
