Prior to the event Tracey worked with us to create a great menu tailored to fit our budget while still providing quality food and service. She got back to us quickly and patiently answered our many questions. At the event, I personally had several people comment on how good the food was and ask who our caterer was. The staff was extremely professional and organized, especially Heather who made certain that the timing and set up of everything fit with our schedule for the evening. I booked T&M Catering for my Wedding on 9/7/24 and I couldn't recommend them enough! It was great working with Tracey to set up our first tasting and work together to finalize the menu - so flexible and helpful! The day of we had Penny onsite leading the team and she was fantastic! The food was amazing (all our guests raved about it) and everything was prompt and flowed perfectly. We loved our bartenders and how quickly they made our signature cocktails! My guests also said how nice and friendly the bartenders were. Highly recommend!!

Gabby and her crew came through in a big way on short notice. After frustrations dealing with another catering company, T&M stepped up and saved the day. I was fully prepared to assist but every aspect was handled from set up to clean up. We rented our linens through T&M which made it seamless for setting up and taking down. Everyone raved about the food! We wanted a menu that was good for vegetarians, gluten-free eaters and people that have alpha-gal (allergic to mammals due to a tick bite.) Tracey was wonderful to work with so we didn't have to be concerned about cross-contamination. Not only that, but many guests told us the food was delicious, and the staff was very helpful. We'd definitely recommend her company.
My husband and I changed our entire plans about 2 months prior to our date. Tracey at T&M catering was completely accepting of our change! The day we met with Penny she was organized extremely pleasant and helped us get everything organized for our anniversary! The day of our party, Penny was very attentive to any of our needs, she truly made sure my husband and I were 100% taken care of!
