I had been a customer for more than 30 years. Never heard or see that milkshakes preparation includes putting ice. I had to correct the employee and let him know that he was not preparing a smoothie but a milkshake.: ice cream, milk, topping, and whip cream.

Ordered a small ice cream cake on a Friday for it to be ready on a Sunday at 10am. Arrive about 20-25 mins after 10am for pick up, only to find out they messed up my order and that it would take about 20mins for it to be ready. Might as well wait since I am already there. After 20mins, I go up to ask how much longer, I was told 5 more mins. At that point I’ve lost patience because It was for an anniversary gift and I was already late. Once it was finished I just wanted to get out of that place since it was already past 11 am. When I got home I saw that they didn’t put my custom message on the cake!! Never again am I ordering from there!!

After a week of running around making sure my son had everything for prom I thought I deserve to treat. So I got a Sunday he got a two scoop phone. I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins and such a long time. Definitely worth the trip.And did I say the staff was incredible. Great group of people.Sorry no pictures we started eating before we remembered to take some ?
The Dunkin' is in the same location, and the kiosk is only for their orders. The employees seem to be working for both, because they are usually very busy and it's hard to get service.
