The service is always good and it's a good place to have a conversation--not too loud. And the cocktails and mocktails are actually great. The food isn't, though. The menu isn't one I'd be excited about in the first place, but even relative to what's on it, the execution is not very good. The food isn't gross and has never made me sick, it's just not very flavorful (and some things are overcooked by my standards).

I do think they are probably good about handling special dietary needs, from vegetarian/vegan to paleo/keto.

We dined outside on a cool evening. The manager turned on the patio heater. The service was spot on, the food was excellent

After a business meeting we had brunch at this location. Our party was very large and an agreement had been made prior to our arrival for several tables. There was some delay with the setup if tables, but once we were seated our server Michael was the best! Loved the harvest bowl and highly recommend it with or without protein. Thank me later ☺️

Great restaurant! The service and menu never disappoints. I have a gluten allergy and Burtons by far has the best Gluten free menu and experience of any restaurant I have been to.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality restaurant in the College Park area

With food as the defining factor in my rating and all other areas (service and atmosphere) nearly as high, a 5-star is justifiable.

As humans, I don't expect t the service by humans to be 100% for the wide-ranging differences wait staff endures. Confusion in the orders could not compare to the upbeat and positive balance in work and attitudes I found refreshing. So we accepted the wrong orders (2x) to keep their stress down, yes, but also because everything was so delicious, we couldn't go wrong whatever they brought out. It never disappointed!!

It's been a few months since my very first visit, and I have been thinking about Burton's ever since. Determined to get back!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, from the parking lot to the entrance of ground level Burton's, there are down/up curve ramps for wheelchairs' EZ access.
