I was so excited about the new brunch menu and me and a friend went for brunch on a Saturday. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and the staff and atmosphere are always welcoming and nice. However, on this visit the downside was the food. Despite all of the brunch options, I decided to order my favorite dish, which is the crab crusted haddock. When it arrived, it was so overdone that the fish was chewy, and it was hard to pull apart. On the upside it was very flavorful but way over cooked. My friend who I invited, ordered the short rib hash and she didn't seem to enjoy it at all. She also said that her mocktail tasted totally different when she got a refill. The best part of the meal was the key lime pie which, the waiter offered because we did not enjoy our food, Overall, this was not the best experience but this is one of my favorite restaurants so I will of course give it another chance. Unfortunately, my friend said she would not return,

Service is much better if you're not dining solo -- I've done both, and believe me, it's a big difference. Menu is limited but the food is usually pretty good, if you can get someone to notice you're there. On my last visit, the only person who saw that I hadn't been waited on was a kind bus person, but I had already lost my appetite and left.

I've been eating at Burton's Grill & Bar since they first open and have continued to visit even after the pandemic. There's a ton of new staff so, I'll eat in every now and again. So, I order take out for the most part.

My family and I really enjoyed the food. We didn't realize how nice the inside would be. Definitely plan to dine in next time!

The food and our server was amazing. This place is too crowded. Tables way too close to each other. We waiter about 40 minutes for a table on a Saturday night.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be difficult for someone with a wheelchair to move comfortably in this restaurant

1st time visit. Met a friend here for dinner prior to University of Maryland basketball game. He recommended it. Enjoyed my visit, next time in the neighborhood, I will visit again. Service was attentive and timely, food was varied , my salmon entree was different and very enjoyable. Well lit dining area and good atmosphere. Will recommend to others. Keep up the good work.

Excellent food! I really recommend this place for upscale bar food. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the menu is superb and at a fine dining level. Everything is made from scratch so they can accommodate any food restrictions or requests. The wait staff was incredibly accommodating, but due to the business, it was a little bit of a wait to receive our drinks. I definitely recommend the bread service and the filet mignon steak was a hit at our table, as was the ribeye. The blue cheese sauce is a must if you like blue cheese flavor, or I recommend the cabernet butter. The asparagus was delicious.Parking: A number of parking spots in the area. You can park behind the district taco or you can park in the parking garage

Burton’s is our go-to Gluten-free lunch and dinner dining out meal for date nights.Appetizers: Maple Sriracha chicken wings are the way to go, skip the Memphis dry rub.If you are in a fries mood get the Truffle fries, they are outstanding.Salads: General Tso Bowl has excellent flavoring and is very good overall, just enough to taste and enjoy your meal.Harvest Vegetable Bowl is a very good vegetarian option, very good flavoring, and is hearty.Burgers: Maxx Burger is very good, to make it better ask for a side of jalapenos, now you will have enough flavor and spice.Entrees: Braised Short Ribs are excellent, but the portion size is small at the price point. We have tried two different risotto dishes, both were good but nothing spectacular.Desserts: GET the GF Cheesecake, every cheesecake we have ordered is OUTSTANDING!

The cocktails are delicious. I got the braised short ribs which had just the flavor and taste I was looking for, and the perfect texture. The bread was really good. Our server was attentive and kind. Couldn’t have asked for much more.
