The staff was wonderful, on a lovely Sunday with a full house inside and on the patio we never felt neglected. The beers were great. Fish and chips and chicken wings were good, and our gluten free party member was able to enjoy her meal and didn't have any signs of contamination. We will be back for sure!
Solid spot. Worthy of four stars. Open early in the day to serve that lunchtime brewpub crowd, which not all do. Stickers were plentiful and free. Hike the Alps Dunkel and Cool Breeze stout were both pretty good.
Denizen's beer has always been a standout for me, but the food has really turned around recently with the new chef-led tavern-style menu. There was plenty of variety on the menu and everything we ate was delicious, from burgers to salads to fish and chips. The atmosphere is very laid back and there is plenty of seating inside and out.
