I didn’t get the sushi, so I won’t comment on that. But let me just say, if the Horu Poke Bowl is supposed to be one of your signature dishes. I might suggest making it worthy of the name. Pretty in presentation, lacking in flavor and substance for the cost.

I've come to La Fantome multiple times for group lunches, thought I'd try out this kitchen since a lot people from my group order here. I do like the ability to order from your phone, it allows you time to look over the menu & not feel rushed. Customer service was good, only interacted with a server when they delivered my food. Had the California Roll which was good for the price. Will order from here again.

I would say Bethsda is the best area for ramen in the DMV.Horu Sushi Riverdale has staff with great customer service; def has friendly and helpful staff which was the best part of the experience. Food was decent.Unique setup; this is a building with different restaurants similar to a food court. Area is nice looking but just like any place bad people are welcomed. My son and I felt unsafe during our visit with a male near by threatening a females safety. I would not visit this place again.

Today was my first time at Horu and I really enjoyed my vegetarian hurricane roll. It was a tad pricey, but absolutely delicious and looked beautiful; I will definitely order it again. I'm looking forward to returning in slightly colder weather to try their ramen!

I finally tried this place and am mad that it took me this long!!!! I had the salmon truffle roll ? it was amazing. But the star, my absolute favorite, is the fried chicken ramen. When I tell you it taste like soul food in a bowl! Delicious ? ? ? ? ?. I came back the next day to have it all over again.

Good quality sushi with gluten free accommodations. The snow crab roll is my favorite. Definitely on the pricier side, but worth it to me.

I really enjoyed the sushi and is easily some of the freshest and best I have had in a really long time. I ordered the Nashville Hot Roll and the Shrimp Tempura along with the pork egg roll. Fabulous.

Food here was disastrous. When it came to the Ramen bowel the ingredients was skimpy, lacked all the specialities that was stated in the menu. The worst sushi I ever experience, for the price points it was not worth it.Vegetarian options: The bowls lacked the amount of vegetables listed, there was more noodles than anything else that applied.

I like the upscale foodcourt idea, but the food was not worth the price and time at 5:00 on a Sunday.

Recommendation: keep it simple. An eel roll came with an overabundance of cream cheese; another was to come with truffle oil: good salmon, great avocado, not a hint of truffle oil; another was supposed to be a hamachi roll with deep fried hamachi, or at least that's how I understood it. The whole roll was fried. It was not terribly good. It could have been anything but hamachi, which is one of my favorites. You couldn't tell.A lot of money for three special rolls that probably could have been better spent on nigiri and just plain sushi. I am alive without any major tummy grumbles, and in all fairness, there was no hint that the fish was anything but fresh. It's a small menu. There is no excuse not to serve stellar product for these stellar prices. Nearly 70 dollars for three special rolls and two small bottles of bottled water is a lot to charge for counter service. Just sayin'...
