This food hall is such a great concept but the communication needs so much work. over the last few years any time we've tried to order take out it's been a hassle to track down our food, figure out timing or if it's even in progress. We are getting increasingly frustrated with the poor management of the food hall. Want to love this place and support because it's lovely and local but missing orders, locked doors and no communication on orders that need to be cancelled on the restaurants end is very disappointing. it's lovely when you're in person so it's hard to tell if this is a failure because there's not a centralized point of sale on the website or a centralized way to communicate to customers but this really needs work. This place has been around too long to be allowing this kind of thing to continue to happen.

This place has come a long way since opening. Food and drinks are fast and delicious! Live music on Fridays is a plus!

I recently went to check out Le Fantome Food Hall in Riverdale, MD. I had heard mixed reviews, and wanted to check it out for myself. I’m glad that I did.

I planned to stop by for a quick bite to do some work and ended up having a friend join me, eating two meals there and being there for happy hour all in total for 7 hours! By no means, did I expect this place to take over my entire day!

There is a hostess at hostess stand when you walk in, which makes it seem like a restaurant, but you quickly realize the multiple food stalls with options from sushi & ramen to tacos.

Le Fantome Food Hall, which is located in Riverdale, MD near the Whole Foods is a cozy space with a good amount of seating inside and outside when weather permits. Le Fantome Food Hall has a ghost kitchen setup with a kiosk ordering system, where you can order from any of the kitchens.

It was lunch time and surprisingly not busy, but that changed quickly over the course of the day. I ordered a lychee beverage from Casper’s bar and a special sushi roll from Hōru Sushi Kitchen and both were delicious.

As the day progressed from lunch time to happy hour, a friend joined me for a drink at Casper’s bar, where you can order craft cocktails, wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverages.

Getting hungry, we decided to order something different; so I opted for the Jamaican beef patties and jerk chicken cocoa bread sandwich and honey butter rum corn bread. Every thing was tasty. Nothing fancy, but definitely hit the spot! Particularly the Jamaican beef patties from Exotic Food Cafe.

Like many food halls, Le Fantome has a calendar of events featuring live music and various activities.

The vibe is chill and perfect if you’re in the mood to grab a bite to eat and want to try something different.

The restrooms are quite nice!

Note: Apparently, there’s a popular Philly cheesesteak pop-up available only on Saturdays & Sundays that people line up to try.

This place is phenomenal! Great hang out for friends and family!! So many good choices to choose from. All are great and the bartenders are the bomb!

We had an amazing time at Le Fantome food hall!
Our faves were the orange chicken, tacos and of course the delicious cocktails. My faves are the pomegranate margarita and the Moscow mule. They tasted delicious and looked just like they did on social media! The food was incredibly delicious — we loved that we get to try different cuisines from different vendors and were really impressed by how tasty they were! The barcode made it simple & easy to order right from the table and food was brought out to us shortly. Liv and Miles are great and super sweet! We also happened to stop by during Game Night and the amount of team spirit was unreal. So glad we stopped by when we did, it was a viiibe 💫

I love the idea behind the food hall. However, the service is off and not a good fit for diners who want to be waited on. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great, but the food runner was not, and we had already tipped her on ordering as we did not know she would never come back or how it worked. There is hope, but not our favorite spot in the neighborhood.

This little place sucks as a food hall! All the food is ridiculously expensive and ridiculously bad, the pick ups are always super late, waiting 45 minutes for an order is ridiculous. Every time I come to give it a try is too get broken hearte. Been here like 4 times and I can't never feel at home with the food. If your plan is to go there might as well drive 2 minutes down the road where town center market is, you will find better options to eat and drink in that corner.
