So before you go in there you need to understand that you're probably not the target audience. There's many restaurants like this one in the DC area and they're basically aimed towards Hispanic men. The girls usually dress in very provocative clothing and they're very flirty because they're hoping to get you to buy a lot of drinks, and since the drinks are WAY overpriced it means they're going to make a lot of money. Expect the food to be terrible because no one really goes there for the food. And the loud music? That's also very common because no one goes there expecting to have an interesting conversation. So when you see all the bad reviews now you know why. Now if you are a glutton for punishment...knock yourself out.
