I specifically asked for small water cups with ONLY ice. I was then given ones with water in them and when asked if I could get my order the hispanic lady with blonde hair old, refused to give me what I ordered and gave me small cups / told me to keep the wrong items she gave me. She needs to be fired immediately!!!

On Wednesday I was able to order a plain sundae at 9:30am. This was incredibly important: it was for my dog as we took him to the vet to relieve him of his suffering and send him on his way. I'll forever be grateful that your ice cream machine was working that early in the day. Thank you for enabling us to do him one last kindness!

I come here pretty often and food is delicious but, Slowest serving McDonalds I’ve seen. This place is more like slow food restaurant. I would give negative score for the service. Expect avg 20+ min wait time. I waited 40 min last time i was here.

This location is by far the rudest, you are rushed to order and when you ask for something they only say ok and don’t understand. If you don’t know Spanish then don’t bother going there if u have to ask for something.

Ordered mobile app i check food Ask manager to remake double cheeseburger but he had very bad attitude and refused to remake cheese was not melted and sandwich made sloppy the manager night manager Saturday 9-27-25 at 1:30 am he said he will call police but they took so long to come so I left the restaurant employees are predominantly hispanic that seem prejudice toward black customers smh

Drove to this McDonald because my grandson wanted an ice cream cone. Pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier says where out of ice cream 😱 My grandson was so disappointed.

The older ladies that work here are friendly but everyone else seems to rush the orders, which is why they always get stuff wrong. If you give them special instructions, they just say ok and then don’t even put it in. Sometimes they even give you the complete wrong items. I went to order a sprite and they gave me water. Also, when I gave them a code the guy didn’t put in it, when I got to the window to pay the guy said “why didn’t you give it to the other guy” in a rude way, which was unnecessary because I did give it to him. The young staff needs better training on good customers service, especially how to actually listen.
