The older ladies that work here are friendly but everyone else seems to rush the orders, which is why they always get stuff wrong. If you give them special instructions, they just say ok and then don’t even put it in. Sometimes they even give you the complete wrong items. I went to order a sprite and they gave me water. Also, when I gave them a code the guy didn’t put in it, when I got to the window to pay the guy said “why didn’t you give it to the other guy” in a rude way, which was unnecessary because I did give it to him. The young staff needs better training on good customers service, especially how to actually listen.

I asked for a caramel frappe but instead they gave me a orange juice shake and it’s so digusting
The food was good by McDonald's standards. The drive thru line was very long so workers were taking our orders on tablets. They weren't taking payment however so the line wasn't moving any faster than it would've normally. They also gave us paper straws for our drinks and this was the most expensive McDonald's I've ever been to.
