The person came out and rang up my order wrong which I found out at the first window, then the spanish girl at the window rang my order up wrong AGAIN and gave me attitude when i brought up the price not being right, saying with an attitude that she didnt take my order. .(duhhh of course yo didnt the person that took my order was standing next to my car.) Why are there people taking orders that don't understand basic ENGLISH and then they give you attitudes at the mistakes they made? Make it make sense. Then they told me to pull up and wait at the 3rd window...and the sandwich was still not done with the modifications!!@ the only saving grace was the young Spanish male manager that apologized and offered me a coupon (that i denied but thank you anyways)..otherwise I would never return here. I almost feel bad for the young man. He probably needs to find a job working with people with actual good customer service skills that he has.

If what you want is to eat something quick and cheap, McDonald's is a good place, since with $5 dollars you can have a quick meal.
Horrible service and sub-par food. Stay away from this McDonald's. I ordered on the App. Pulled into the lot and stopped at the curbside pickup location. I sent them my number and waited. To no avail. After 20 minutes, there was no food, so I got out of my car and went inside. The manager asked if I had paid 10 cents for a bag. I hadn't, so my food never got delivered. Why is it an option if it's not optional? I got my order and left. When I opened the order, it was wrong. I paid for customization and got a burger off the rack. I paid extra for the lemonade sweet tea, and no sugar was ever seen by that drink. This McDonald's is worthless. Stay away from this place

Terrible service from the drive thru person and every time I come to this McDonald's they never have lemonade, they should remove it from the menuThe person who gave me my order at the pick up window was super friendly from the arrival greeting to the farewell.

Love coming here. Honestly the breakfast sandwiches taste so much better here. I imagine you all put a lil extra love or something because it tastes different. Come to think of it, the double cheeseburgers I get on deal through the app also taste fresher.Great service team. Everyone is attentive and considerate.The one thing I will say is that the other day while here a lady was screaming at me in the dining area. I considered she may be going through mental issues or homeless and offered her my second sandwich, she continued to attempt to berate me. It caused a scene and many people saw it. I left shortly after because she was attempting to threaten me away from the establishment and while I understand this type of behavior and left accordingly, the issue should have been addressed by the manager or someone on staff.I can go into further detail and will certainly document for my own well being. My main recommendation is that a staff member kindly talked with her and helped her.

I blame us customers who keep feeding these homeless drug addicts for always hanging around harassing hungry hardworking patron who choose to take part in society by finding work. The reason this place is always filthy is because these dirty drug addicts beg for food then when they get food, they walk around the whole store throwing trash in the ground instead of sitting down like a civilized person or just keeping the trash in the bag until it's time to dispose everything. They literally will throw ketchup packets and straw contents in the ground, spit out what they bit off to open the packet. These people behave worst than animals and are disrespectful to the cleaning crew. They will beg all day and eat all day long. They eat more than the patrons who come in after a hard days work, to spend what they can after handling responsibilities. These addicts eat all day, around the clock, after they're done smoking up an appetite. The seats smell and I'm concerned of bed bugs. They reach over the counter to grab things because they've basically made this their dump site (they can't respect it as a home). And they reach with the dirtiest hands I've ever seen. They make the bathroom extra filthy but still have dirty hands. This is total disregard for patron and hard working persons. They have disdain and contempt yet beg us at the same time. Get a job!!! Stop hanging out here, eating all day, contaminating EVERYTHING. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING. AT LEAST HAVE MANNERS IF YOURE HOMELESS. THEYRE NOT IN NEED, THEY ARE LAZY, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING LIKE THE REST OF THE PEOPLE KEEPING THIS PLACE RUNNING FOR THEM TO JUST TRASH IT AND CONTAMIN US WITH FILTHY HABITS. THIS IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY IN HERE! AND NOT THE FAULT OF THE CREW
