We were craving for pizza and salad, but the guy took forever to take the order he didn't even welcome us, neither to say how may i help you? And took for ever to make my husband mushroom pepperoni and then mine and last i wanted a salad i told him everything i wanted and he missed the chicken .. But i wasn't going to go back for the chicken.. Then few people came in and again they took for ever to take people's order .. Everyone in there was just doing their thing w/o worrying us as customer... I went there cause the one in Silver Spring close to my house has shot down.. Its saw they dont get each customer has a time phrased... My craving was bad at the end not what i was expecting

When we finally got the correct order, it was delicious. But they made one of the pizzas totally incorrect. And they barely acknowledged their mistake. Maybe they are overworked, because they didn't look very happy while taking care of the customers. The pizzas are definitely delicious, though.

I love Mod Pizza! The alternatives make living with dietary restrictions enjoyable.Vegan sausage, vegan cheese, cauliflower crust, etc.!!! Lastly, it's so easy to earn freebies or discounts through their rewards program.

Delivery was quick but pizza felt overpriced for such a small quantity and quality.The app UI doesn't mention sizes unless for some where it said medium so figured the rest were all standard large size.When I ordered a thick crust I was legit expecting atleast a normal sized crust but it was way too thin.Tried the custom option and vegetarian options too. Disappointed with the portion size overall.

Anytime your order something not just from this MOD pizza but all of them when its delivered they forget items and leave something out. Do a better job of quality checking your orders before you send them out because this is ridiculous to receive food you ordered that is missing items. You have one job and its to make sure food is prepared and sent out correctly with all the items. There is no excuse for something to be wrong or missing.

Just got two pizzas from here. When I got home, I realized they were both pretty much burnt. My husband said it was the worst pizza he's had in this area. The store seemed to be understaffed, so I think my pizzas stayed in the oven longer than they should have. I will probably just stick with Blaze from now on.
