These students that work here don’t have any customer service training AT ALL. You can tell they dislike their job. My drink is never ready I always have to wait more than 15 more minutes after my ready time . They skimp on the expresso. I know how dark my drink needs to be when I have 3 expresso shots . They need NEW MANAGEMENT

Came in to grab a latte and no one was in line. I ordered a simple grande white mocha. A white man came in after me and ordered something custom. To my surprise, he got his drink before me. I thought drinks were made in the order they were received! On top of that my drink had too much syrup.

Every-time I come here the service is phenomenal. On 12/23/24 Eva and another worker (I didn’t get her name) were so sweet. They definitely deserve a raise!!!!!!!!

The Black and Brown baristas are really inviting and welcoming. The other baristas are not friendly whatsoever. I come here often to study, but I’ve noticed the other baristas are not personable. I also noticed when I order things from the other baristas and add water to my list of items they never give me it. I have to politely ask them again. I also noticed when ordering from the other baristas I have to constantly repeat my order to them because they seem to never quite hear me I’m assuming. Anyways it’s extremely uncomfortable unless the staff who are considered minorities are present. I suggest going to another coffee shop to pick up your beverage and get some studying done.
