Me and another person ordered through ChowNow and the restaurant didn’t “receive the order” and refused to help troubleshoot or make the orders after I offered to show the receipt and email confirmation.

Unfortunately this restaurant is at a mess hall and doesn’t have a public-facing booth so you can’t interact with them directly. All communication is through the mess hall staff that don’t work at the restaurant.

Food was just nasty. I wish I could get a refund. Sandwich was VERY cold, philly was dry and cauliflower was salty. Only decent thing was the plain tator tots (that you can get anywhere)

We enjoyed the atmosphere. This restaurant is in a very nice area. They are a bit pricy but we had a very enjoyable experience.

Just got burger it was charred to death. The fried oyster mushrooms was just batter. It was gross!

THIS IS HOW THEY RESPOND TO PEOPLE AFTER ADMITTING ON THE PHONE AT 11:45 THEY MADE MY ORDER 15 mins AGO ? WHICH IS 30 min before pick. PICK UP WAS 12-12:30 I asked if she could remake it and she probably not. I said I'll just cancel. She replied by saying she don't care they will still get the money crazy. I posted it and this was there response. Still Rude

Well. You’re rude and disrespectful, Uber had no drivers to pick your order, we made the food one time and they took 30 mins to pick your order NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY! You were advised to contact Uber. We also contacted Uber to have them expedite your order because we noticed it wasn’t picked up. However thank you for the publicity and the traffic you’ll be sending to our business via you’re negative attitude. Sorry you’re having a terrible week and we hope you have a better day today. GOD BLESS YOU. You will no longer be able to order from our business on all platforms. Thank you ?

My Response to them: I posted them on social media and wrote a neg review I'm entitled to my opinion this is not harrassment.?? I would like others to know how you carry yourself as a business. I would have never had a problem if I could have cancel without your smart remarks. “Saying we will get the money anyways”, that's what made me push this. Which they didn't so everyone just wait til after the time that they supposed to arrive and cancel guys. You choose the food industry and that comes with losing inventory. If you brought cold food, uncooked, nasty food, and the client wanted something else or refund you take that lost. ??‍♀️Especially Uber Eats. I have a business and I don't speak to people that way I make solutions. Especially if I was wrong its called accountability. I even said on the phone I never blame you guys or said it was your fault. You have a better blessed day cause the way you responded is the way guilty people respond.

Its in a co op or cloud kitchen you order online and they bring it to your table. They also have a bar thats playing great country music. Enjoyed my burger with onion ring inside and the special sauce was nice. Delicious frys. Banana pudding was yummy too.

It’s take out only so you have to order it online then go pick it up and sit wherever. Food was really good! Only wish they start having chickn there as well. Took my non vegan friends there and they loved it. There was a jazz band performing and the outdoor seating was really nice. Great vibes.

The bang bang broccoli is the best I've ever had!! Can't wait to go back since it's sooo good!! The French toast was also great but not for the price. If you're expecting a restaurant I'd say it's a food hall and have to get serviced by ordering on a QR code at a table! It didn't impact my experience but thought this was it's own spot, it's more of a ghost kitchen. Regardless the staff and atmosphere was great, quiet, and had live music on a Sunday morning.
