As far as food goes fast goes fast food is fast food neither great or bad but with that said Burger King service in Pasadena excels. The staff is always kind and friendly fast and efficient ask you if you need anything additional never you get attitude and if I always have a choice between Burger King and McDonald's in Pasadena I choose Burger King! Something can be said about great customer service! Good job Burger King

The food is from Burger King. I arrived at the drive through line at 7:44, with one car between me and the ordering screen. There is no way out of there is a car behind you. I feel like the Wendy's down the street set a really low bar for service times, and everyone in the area just expects this now. It is 8:07 and we are just pulling out now

Update: I got the wrong food, and had to go back. Somebody please give Leo a raise. There weren't many people working tonight, so let's chalk it up to being understaffed, but Leo was busting his ass tonight. I cannot stress enough that Leo is the reason this is a two-star review instead of a one-star review. Management should rethink their staffing practices.

It's a shame that I can't give less than one star, because today the manager on duty from about 1 to 3 in the afternoon was too rude and started insulting in the most horrendous way possible. These are not ways to treat a client, especially if it is an order that is too large, a great lack of ethics and professionalism, wanting to go have a good time with the family and what it ended up being was a terrible afternoon, in addition to xenophobia and racism. Bye, you lost a good client💗💗💗
