Primo Pasta Kitchen

I ordered two orders of calamari tonight. Both orders were completely overcooked by the time. I got them home that you could barely even chew them. I called up there. They left me on hold for five minutes so I ended up just hanging up the phone cost me $31.80 every other time I’ve gotten calamari there. It was really good this time. It was terrible and they didn’t seem to want to help me.

My wife and I needed dinner and stopped in Primo Pasta for dinner. Although we had passed the restaurant many times, we had not stopped to eat there. The chicken parm and ravioli were great! And, Danielle our waitress was “top-shelf” excellent. 5 stars! We’ll be back!

We ordered take out and had a TERRIBLE experience. We put in the time we could pick up the food and got a text 40 minutes early that it was ready. Luckily I was able to go early and get it but by the time I had it home, the French fries and calamari were soggy and cold, the pizza was lukewarm and the salad was warm. Ew. I am not impressed. Please be professional and make the food for the time the customer actually asked for.

It's been a couple of years since I have eaten here, not sure why it's been so long in between visits.
Let me tell you, this is as good as it gets for Italian food for me in the area since I moved here from Brooklyn, NY.
The service was excellent, my glass was barely half empty before it was refilled.
The chicken parm reminded me of Brooklyn, cooked to perfection...my only complaint would be the sauce (gravy), it was a bit watery for my taste, I love a thick, hearty sauce.
The bruschetta was the best that I have had since I moved here 5 years ago. If you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and try it, it is that good!
I look forward to trying more dishes here in the very near future....

This is a quaint Italian eatery that checks all the boxes. Really good food, exceptional service, and reasonably priced. Their spicy marinara is wonderful. We can't wait to visit again when we come back to town.

This is a hidden gem in Pasedena area. Very quant, warm atmosphere. Great variety on the menu. Will be back!

Food was perfect tonight. Great job to the cooks and chef. I had the flank steak with the chimichura. Thought it was perfect.
Our waiter Andrew was prompt and helped accommodate our family of 8. He did a great job from the minute we sat down all the way to the end by clearing the table.
We appreciate the great service and dinner. Thanks keep it up Primo

Our food was incredible. We ordered the filet and the special, both amazing. My fries came out kind of cold and our server Andrew took care of it within seconds, with a huge plate of hot fries. Can’t beat this place

i love this place!! the hostess can be rude, one time arguing with me over a doordash order (i called to see if they still carried a specific menu item and she told me they don’t offer doordash and “she didn’t know where i was placing the order but it wasn’t through primo”… my food arrived 20min later, through doordash.) other than that primo is a great place with even better food, just don’t call them about their menu on doordash ;)

Always the best food, service and atmosphere. And they had live music last night, warm singer with acoustic guitar and a bit of harmonica. Just lovely and calm, even though the place was busy.
