I ate here a few years ago and couldn't get the pear salad out of my head and for good reason. That bite of cheese and pear is delicious! The seafood pasta dish is delicious. The cream sauce is well done and not as heavy as I thought it would be. The pasta is really good with all of the elements. The service was impeccable and the space is cute.

I am so excited to have found an Italian restaurant with good wine, pasta, and dessert! Primo exceeded my expectations. The service for a first timer is unbeatable with a free cannoli for dessert! On a Wednesday night the bar was full and 80% of the tables were full. We were still seated immediately with choices. I will definitely be returning to try more items on their menu!

I have a large, Italian family from Philly and from their reactions, I cannot recommend Primos enough. My family was in town for my son's baptism and I ordering $400+ worth of catering items. My dad was skeptical the quality of food from Maryland was not going to be sufficient. He was absolutely wrong and objectively surprised. The food was an absolute hit and the customer service was the cherry on top. So happy I have go-to Italian restaurant my Philly family trusts to eat at when they're in town... and I can eat at when I'm homesick :)

We stumbled across this restaurant while in the area. A truly delightful surprise. Each food and drink item were really excellent. Our server Danielle was efficient and charming. The cream of crab soup is the best I have had in a long time. Penne Vodka is beyond delicious. We will come again when in the area.

First time I went to this place it was me and my three children. It was not busy at all. When we walked in there was a young waitress. Her name was Danielle. She was very rude From the beginning, I felt rushed as soon as I walked in. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan dinner, and my children got children’s meals I ordered a salad and it came right before my entrée came so my entrée was sitting in the back getting cold. I thought maybe she was rushing me because it was not a kid friendly restaurant, but when I looked around there was another few families in there with children.. Food was delicious, but I have to say I’m kind of hesitant on coming back because of the way the waitresses acted.

Support local, eat local. Best little Italian place the ambience is as best as it can be the service. Outstanding! Everyone was on point it was busy. Every single seat was filled and people outside, waiting. All the staff are keeping an eye on everybody from the bartender, to the host to the waiters!

I really do love this place. When you come in, the service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the food is delicious. However, takeout does not do this place justice. I have ordered take out here a few times, and each time the food was not appealing. Which is unusual for Primo, especially if you’re expecting the quality of food you get in house.

Stopped in to place a carry out order.Was expensive, but I've heard so many good things about it.Got special appetizer of prosciutto wrapped over melon. Very good & plentiful. Especially versus our 2nd appetizer of fresh cheese and sauce.I got the chicken saltimbocca with potatoes and a spinach with a gravy sauce. Can't remember but it was tasty and perfect for use on potatoes too. That was really good. I've missed that sauceThe other dinner was a lamb Parmigiano.Also got the lil baby creampuffs which were supper yummy.Guy taking my order was super helpful. Half of place is bar area & other half is tables.Waited for food at bar & talked with a bunch of people. Very nice outgoing vibe.
