Had door dash deliver subway from this location to my house. Several items were missing so I called the store after the door dash driver didn't answer my call or text. He didnt have to but one of the employees went out of his way to bring me those items the driver forgot to grab. Would definitely return to this location! Thanks for the great experience!

It is not safe to come here after dark as the employees at this Subway allow Curtis Bay vagrants to loiter & harass customers
The police should be called to escort trouble makers out of the store.

The staff was friendly, but the owner must have disabled the app/website ordering because it wouldn't accept any of my payments, including my gift card just to avoid the promos that they clearly are supposed to offer through the website/app.

My food arrived cold spoke to the store and the manager regarding it four weeks later nothing has been done about it. No response back from anyone. I'll never eat at subway again. To treat customers like this is unthinkable. Good customer service these days is definitely a thing of the past. So disappointed in subway!!!!

Ordered a 6’ sub 2days before the superbowl in person. Stated
No less then 5 times I wanted lettuce,tomatoes,and onions in cups not on the sub. Paid $150.00 with tip. Pick it up gameday it has hot peppers, banana peppers and everything else on it. No one working that day spoke English and couldn’t get me in touch with a manager or owner After many years buying there I will never step foot in that store again.

Hello, this particular Subway has great service. I completed my order via the app. It appeared to process, but there was a glitch unbeknownst to me. I arrived at the location to pick up, leaving my phone in the car since it would be a quick pick up. The order was not ready and the first employee said there were no orders. Frustrated I walked out to my car to look at the app. A 2nd employee was now present. I stated it looked as if the app didn't actually process, but I wanted to check to ensure my card also did not get processed. The 2nd employee insisted I was at the incorrect store, asking me the address at least 3 twice. I replied it is this store we have came here numerous times. The 1st employee still attempting to be helpful showed me the queue. I indicated none were my orders. I then walked over to the ordering location. The 2nd employee said, your order is not here. Are you sure it's not another store? Again, I stated it looks like it didn't process so I am going to order them here. She rolled her eyes, removed her gloves and walked to the back. I asked the other employee can I not order here what is her problem. I am not understanding. She too was not sure of the issue and tried to resolve. I left called the manager line and left a voicemail with the details. Not sure what the issue may be.

Good, fresh, happy people. Don't remember last time I bought a sandwich but, I donde member not 'carefullt' counting amount of in, lettuce, etc.. maybe "Skimpification" is taking it's toll an amount but certainly not on the price . Not asking to 'pile it up' but rather, either less price or a better portion.
