My reuben sandwich was delicious, but the service was very slow. It looked like there were only were only 2 people working. I would still go back to this location.

I ordered food ahead of time through door dash. I ordered 2 meals, one with fries and 1 with mozarella sticks, and a French dip and Swiss sandwich only. That is is. The only thing correct is the one meal With curly fries. I didn't get the mozarella sticks and the drink was wrong, and they didn't give me the French dip and Swiss sandwich. Pathetic. 5 items and 2 drinks and only 3 items were there and 1 drink was wrong. To top it off, I called and asked for a manager, she put the phone down and never got the manager and just left me on the phone listening to everything.

I ordered 4 fish sandwiches and they were not hot at all and not to mention I watched them reheat my curly fries so they were too hard. I’m not sure why my sandwiches weren’t hot because there was nobody in the restaurant except for the workers that don’t speak good English.

On Wednesday October 10, 2024, I ordered a classic roast beef meal with a sprite. From the first bite of the roast beef sandwich, I noticed that temperature of the sandwich and fries were on the less than warm side or not to the required temperature for meats. The meal overall was not freshly made. The next morning I contracted a food stomach virus which I contribute solely to that Arby’s meal the day before. I was sick the entire day and had to leave work early because of the food discharge. A family member of mine told me that she once experienced the same sickness after eating at a different Arby’s in a different state. I won’t be eating at any Arby’s in the future.
