Waited n watched the people in the back.did not acknowledge me at the cashier,untill i said hellloooooooo,,the food was over flooded with sauce.. no napkins,and whn asked for a fork ,I was asked why.? To eat the beef off the bread,too flooded with the sauce, i won't go back

Ordered the Reuben sandwich with curly fries and received those nasty crinkle cut fries. Who goes to Arbys for regular fries?? Not me. Luckily I ordered a side of cheese to dip them in. Hadn’t been here in 10 yrs won’t be back.

Stopped to eat after shopping, my friend and I were very hungry. All of our food was ice cold. I guess we got the fries that were sitting around for awhile. The roast beef sandwich was also cold. I went back to counter girl said it was hot, I said well not when I received it. I wish Roy Roger's would come back. They had the best hot food around for fast food. Please Roy Roger's come back to Baltimore. I drive to Frederick sometimes just to get a real beef sandwich and they have the best chicken.

Sigh!!!! So, i’ve only been to Arby’s one other time years ago and wasn’t that impressed then. I recently say the ad for the gobbler, and i was a huge fan of the gobbler sandwich at WAWA. This being said, I wanted to try the Arby’s because on tv and photo it looks good. I got the gobbler sandwich, apple pie milkshake curly fries, and for my daughter a chicken slider.
Positive: Customer service or at least the cashier who rung and brought my food was great! She was very nice and welcoming. Store in Rosedale doesn’t get much volume so it was pretty much in and out.
Negatives: That gobbler sandwich was not good, I think it had tartar sauce or some type of mayo that thru the whole sandwich off, not a lot if any cranberry, no gravy… compared to the the Wawa version this was a solid 1-2. This was disappointing because it looks so good on the ad, curly fries were basic. Apple pie milkshake: I was hoping it didn’t taste artificial (i know) but it wasn’t anything special…tasted artificial, maybe if they blend apples or something would make it better. I was hoping this would compete with like a chick fil a shake but was sadly mistaken. Kids meal chicken sliders were super dry and looked a little grey, i just threw it away and it wasn’t eaten. Other than that toy was good. Prob wouldn’t try Arby’s again but sadly this is my review.

Food taste good however, I live pretty far and I get it it delivered on my lunch break, apps will not let you select a soft drink tea or lemonade only. Cost alot more to have a sprite delivered from a different restaurant and they turned off any space for special instructions, they also do not answer the phone if you call, I would probly go there alot more of it wasn't for these issues.

My Girlfriend really wanted to try the steak nuggets and this is the closest Arby’s to us. She wanted the bowl but they were out of MAC so they subbed it for mozzarella sticks. She loved the mozzie sticks she thought the steak tasted like bacon once I tasted I told her cause the only smoked meat she had since she started eating meat again was bacon and a turkey leg from the fair so that’s probably why it taste like bacon …. Now I’m thinking what if other meat juices got on the steak while it was cooking 🤔. Anyway I got a Greek gyro and curly fries. You can’t go wrong with fries at Arby’s they slap every time. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the gyro was and for 5.50 I payed less then I would pay for the ingredients to make it myself. I do which they threw the flatbread on the flattop or grill but it’s fast food so I won’t be to picky will definitely be getting more gyros and mozzie sticks soon
Great location. Amazing staff. Food has always been really good. Coupons on the app are decent. We visit here several times a week. * But due to poor lighting, in the very secluded parking lot and drive thru lane together with the increased foot traffic around the vehicles, we are keeping our visits to daylight hours. With dusk coming earlier and now being approached for money, with kids, we are getting concerned. If you could just make the lots brighter, the concerns would probably correct themselves. Your amazing menu will keep us coming back...as long as we feel safe.
