Ordered a Reuben sandwich online and picked it up through the drive thru. I get home and start to eat my sandwich. At the beginning I noticed there was only a smear of dressing, but it wasn't until I was half done when I realized there wasn't any swiss cheese on the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and lodged my complaint. They obliged in remaking the Reuben. I get home and tucked into the second sandwich, it wasn't any better. My visit to Arby's on Pulaski Hwy on 07.25.2025 wasn't a very satisfying experience.

They have only two people working; a cook and the manager who is working frontline and drive-thru. The manager was on a FaceTime call the entire time. The dining room was a complete disaster. The tables and floors were all filthy. Clearly no one had cleaned anything since they opened.

My reuben sandwich was delicious, but the service was very slow. It looked like there were only were only 2 people working. I would still go back to this location.

I ordered food ahead of time through door dash. I ordered 2 meals, one with fries and 1 with mozarella sticks, and a French dip and Swiss sandwich only. That is is. The only thing correct is the one meal With curly fries. I didn't get the mozarella sticks and the drink was wrong, and they didn't give me the French dip and Swiss sandwich. Pathetic. 5 items and 2 drinks and only 3 items were there and 1 drink was wrong. To top it off, I called and asked for a manager, she put the phone down and never got the manager and just left me on the phone listening to everything.

I ordered 4 fish sandwiches and they were not hot at all and not to mention I watched them reheat my curly fries so they were too hard. I’m not sure why my sandwiches weren’t hot because there was nobody in the restaurant except for the workers that don’t speak good English.
