The food is good but they discriminate when it comes to employment which is not a halal thing to do Inshallah. There are struggling citizens looking for work especially muslim brothers and sisters instead they hire migrates that don't communicate with the public and applicants. Whoever is the owner should be known about this matter because it is not right to judge and discriminate people looking for employment. You should know that Allah don't agree with this matter Subhanallah.

Stopped by and had the best food ever! Clean atmosphere, excellent and quick service, friendly owner who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. They will make your food just how you want it. Good variety of sauces comes with the options of white, hot, and green, all are great! Both lamb and chicken platters are excellent.

The chicken platters are out of this world! The red sauce is spicy enough to clear out your sinuses, but not hot enough to deter you from loving every second of it. I usually ask for a combo of red and white sauce to balance out the heat. You can always ask for extra red sauce if you like setting your mouth on fire. If you're heat intolerant, the lamb platter with white sauce will do you good. The gyros are also wonderful. The portions are generous, with enough for a meal and a little snackiepoo later. The guys on the truck are very friendly and polite. Today they offered me a sample of their new green sauce, which is an addictive, mild, cilantro-based chutney. I'm definitely going to ask for this again! Babas can also spice up your romantic relationships. My husband falls in love with me more on the nights I bring Babas home and it has become a special treat for us. Note: Babas food truck typically only offers platters (chicken and lamb) in the evening. The lunch menu is more extensive.

I loved the chicken with rice that they make there, everything is very fresh and juicy and the visible sauces do not attract much attention but they are very tasty, more than I expected. I had eaten chicken over rice a few times but never as delicious as this… the The people who work there are lovely, very humble and hard-working... and who says that children don't like it and don't eat spicy food? They love their food.

I love the food at Baba's Halal food truck. The owner really goes above and beyond prepping the meat which is Halal. You can smell all the different spices that go Into the lamb and chicken.
