The food is good but the place itself is going down. I went in there and seen nothing but bugs around the soda machine. Some of the workers attitudes isn't the best.It changed drastically and I use to come here for years.

The web site is very confusing it should be updated, some stores that closed still show and phone number that I called said all the stores had closed. Just thought you should know. Love the food. Live 1 and 1/2 hours away, worth the drive

Will never every order a crab cake from this place again. The crab cakes on the menu look nice and full of crab meat. The pictures depict a Maryland style crab cake. What I got was a fried mush cake of parsley. Could not even finish one bite of it. Wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. Called location, manager said that "everyone loves our crab cakes. What do you expect me to do about it." I'm not even sure it was crab meat....

I can't say this is the worst place I've eaten at. But it's close. I especially like the whole wrapped up celery for a dine-in service. Chicken wings over cooked. Crab meat and potato skins was a grease fest.

This place as for interior is not appealing at all. Flies were HORRIBLE!! Wings were good, but you had to fight the flies to eat them.

I had a crab cake and side salad, it was the worst crab cake I have ever had. The filling was mushy and looked and taste like the can Crab you get in the Tuna isle from the grocery store.. I will not eat from there again.

Food was great, customer service was excellent, prices are a little high. I went there to purchase more Bill Bateman's wing sauce, but unfortunately they don't have bottles of wing sauce, so they gave it to me and a plastic Bowl container. Wish they had the bottles of sauce to self like they used to sell in grocery stores !! Does anybody know where you can buy bottles of Bill Bateman wing sauce?

Gave a 1 star because zero was not an option. DO NOT EAT HERE. We placed an order through Ubereats and received the wrong food. The general manager KYRA was so rude and incompetent. She explained that her cashier gave the wrong order to both myself and another customer by mistake because the names both started with the same first letter. We were very understanding of the mistake, however when we asked what could be done KYRA literally said NOTHING CAN BE DONE! (We couldn’t get our money back or come pick up our food) Are you serious? We offered to come pick up our own food and she said NO because she had to leave and minors were working. As a manager you should work to rectify situations not escalate them when you admit YOUR EMPLOYEE gave our driver the wrong food. I AM SO DISGUSTED with how KYRA handled the situation before hanging up on us.We will never give them our money again. We understand everybody makes mistakes, but for KYRA to be rude and say we couldn’t get our money back OR come pick up our food was completely unacceptable. I’ll end with this, right now we have no food and no refund.

Just spent $130 on carryout dinner for my family, never again. Cheesesteak subs were made wrong, asked for BBQ sauce on the side for the ribs and they were smothered in it, mac n cheese so bad and dry my 7 year old wouldn't eat it, no dressing and celery for the wings, and no sour cream or salsa for the quesadilla
