i really enjoyed this place. The ice cream is really good and so were the fries. One thing i noticed is how bad customers would treat these employees. I felt really bad for one of the workers when an older lady was trying to make this a 5 star restaurant. These people do NOT get the credit they deserve because those people that come in expecting something beyond what their supposed to. It’s just sad because we all know they are just trying to do their best. And another thing is that people CANNOT read signs that are put up at all!!! Then come in with an attitude when the employees mention the sign!!

Very strange location, never open when we go anymore, and when it was, our experience was similar to a lot of others on here... Very weird that all the other fast food chains in the area are functioning just fine. What's going on here DQ? Photo included to show their posted hours, despite them but being true. The door is locked, no one is answering the drive through. Also the speaker is busted so it's nearly impossible to communicate through drive through. Does the district manager know what's going on at this location?

Waited in drive thru for an hour and pulled away because we never got food (placed online drive thru order). Tried to go in and door was locked (before closing).

Called and number was out of service. What a wonderful experience! No option to request refund on mobile receipt. And to top it off, the real treat was the individual in a ski mask who came up to everyone’s car window in the drive thru to scream and flip people off.

No ice cream is worth this!

Try to get some ice but the manger and the employees are all in each other face kissing .. Not paying attention to any customer. Was waiting in the drive threw for 35 min .Went inside still was no help .

Very slow place mobile or at 6pm it was done till 7:30pm for 2 blizzard

25 minutes to order and receive a single blizzard in the drive through is a bit ridiculous. There were 2 vehicles a head of me and neither were handed large items out of the window so they weren’t large orders. Just be warned, the drive through is more the equivalent of bumper to bumper traffic. With no efficient way to exit the drive through line once you enter it.

I’m alright it’s about to get heavy, you guys just made the biggest mistakes of your lousy career. Sticking that sign saying no free ice cream through the drive through?! Yeah you got me Dairy Queen we are all laughing! Had to sit in that line for 20 minutes just to see that damn sign it damn near brought me to tears. You guys are scamming people and lying you’re lucky I don’t bring this one to the law it also smelled disgusting like what are you guys cooking holy hell. Anyways I’m never coming back and I’m also reporting you on every platform. SCAMMERS! LYING JERKS

1 hour stuck in the damn line for melted Ice cream. I was trapped and couldn’t leave. PAID FOR OVER PRICE ICECREAM THAT WAS HALF MELTED. AVOID THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We waited on line for about 15 minutes Saturday evening and no one came to service the line. There wasn’t even an explanation. All the workers were helping the drive through and preparing orders. There were door dashers waiting for their food and they were there before us and didn’t leave when we left. The atmosphere was not inviting. First time trying to come here and it’ll definitely be the last.

First thing the drive thru is one lane with curbs on both sides so you can’t get out. I was stuck in line for 45 minutes. The guy running the drive thru was a complete idiot or high on something. I had to repeat my order 6 times. I would tell him and get no response, over and over again. Then I finally get to the window 45 minutes later and of course he asked me what my order was once again. So I don’t think he even rang it up the first 6 times. Then I get my burger and it was definitely an old one they just threw it in the microwave for way too long. The ketchup was scalding hot and burned my hand. The bun was also very hot, wrinkled, and like rubber. Save yourself the headache. I will never go this Dairy Queen again and I’m debating on contacting someone for them serving me old and scalding hot food from the microwave.

Wow! Turtle Pecan Blizzard no longer has pecans like it used to! Now with some funky tasteless little crunchy blobs. Won't be back!

I placed a mobile order right before pulling up to the drive thru for my girlfriend and I at 1:20 we were in the drive until 2:00 with only 5 cars in front of us. Our food was cold and not good at all. This isn’t acceptable, either management needs to step up and get good production from the crew or corporate needs to shut it down. Will not be back

There is a very rude, unhappy, angry woman that works in there !
