Disorganized. Started in long drive thru that didnt move. Gave up and went inside. took long time to get coffee and a pastry. Got my coffee wrong. Made me late to where I was going.

There are good Dunkins, and there are great Dunkins. I visited this Dunkin early on a Monday morning with my daughter, and we got our standard fare: a hot coffee for me and a flavored iced coffee for her. The coffees were ready quickly and mine was piping hot. My daughter went out on a limb and tried the lava cake flavor. She found it to be one of the more subtle flavors, but felt that the right amount had been provided. Thanks for a great start to another work week!

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location a few times, and each time has been disappointing. Somehow, they consistently get my order wrong, even after I’ve repeated it at the drive-thru multiple times. The wait times are unreasonably long, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. After giving this location several chances, I’ve decided I won’t be coming back again!

This is the slowest Dunkin’ ever. No matter what time you go to this Dunkin’ you are going to be waiting a while.
Absolutely trash. Racially profiling customers when they show proof of payment. NEVER going to this establishment again!!!
