Farmacy Cafe and Catering

We were initially drawn to your cafe based on the positive reviews on your website and Google, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to expectations.

The food: I had the Hippie dish, which was really good, and I enjoyed it. However, my coworkers were not as pleased with their meals. The turkey sausage tasted old and unappetizing, while the eggs came with an unusual blue coloring, which seemed off. The blueberry muffin wasn’t what we expected either—it had a cinnamon streusel topping, which might appeal to some, but wasn’t what we were hoping for.

The service: Unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t great. The staff member who greeted us was unprofessional, spending most of her time leaning against the counter and texting on her phone rather than engaging with customers. It made us feel unwelcome from the start.

On a positive note, we appreciated that you refunded us for the items we didn’t enjoy. We hope this feedback helps you improve both the food quality and the service experience in the future.

"We are so happy that we chose Farmacy Catering for our wedding! From the first tasting to the big day, Brian and his team were fantastic. We loved how flexible Brian was in scheduling our tasting—it made it so easy to find a time that worked for us, accommodating our busy schedules. The tasting itself was fantastic. We had the opportunity to try several dishes, and the food was delicious! Brian took the time to listen to our suggestions and preferences, and we were really impressed by how he was able to create a custom menu that reflected our tastes while incorporating some unique and unexpected flavors. His willingness to build a menu around our ideas and adjust it based on our feedback made the process collaborative. On our wedding day, our guests raved about the food. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
While we truly had a five-star experience overall, we do think there’s some room for improvement in terms of communication, just to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. That said, it didn’t detract from the fantastic food and service we received. All in all, we are extremely happy with Farmacy Catering and would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for great food and a personalized catering experience. Saved our wedding cake! One bakery fell through and didn’t decorate our cake. My MiL and BiL coordinated with Brian to decorate our cake and I was none the wiser until after the wedding. Thank you to the Farmacy team for decorating the cake beautifully!

I was looking for a good grilled cheese sandwich on Google and thankfully Farmacy Cafe came up in my search results. I saw they had a crabby grilled cheese on the menu and I knew I had to try it. I called in my order for take out, and the employees were very pleasant both on the phone and in person. When I arrived at the location, my food was hot and fresh and waiting for me. The crabby grilled cheese smelled and tasted delicious — the bread was toasted well, the cheese was completely melted, and there was a perfectly seasoned crab dip spread thick on the inside. The fries were also made fresh in house, and were perfectly hot and crispy, and not too salty. I will definitely be back!

Fried chicken sandwich is burnt ? not just over cooked. They insisted that I bring it back to get a refund even after I told them I came on the mobility bus and have no other transportation. They didn't care that iam handicap. I asked them to send my replacement lunch by UberEATS. I am so upset and I gave $2 tip?

We were in the area for an appointment and don't know the area very well so I googled food near me and found this place. What a hidden gem! The food was outstanding. I had the Gobbler-YUM! The service was pleasant and attentive. Spoke with the manager, very nice! We will definitely be back.

I was excited to try this vegan wrap, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The wrap lacked fresh mushrooms, instead featuring jarred ones, and was overpowered by an abundance of red onions fried in what tasted like old, burnt grease. To make matters worse, the moment I opened the bag, I was hit with a strong meaty smell. If you're looking for a fresh, light, and authentic vegan wrap, I'd suggest exploring other options.

SO GOOD. Very cute & chill dining area. Excellent food & friendly service. Vegetarian options available. Sadly not wheelchair accessible but takeout is worth the trip over if you have someone available to go inside for you. We got a breakfast burrito, turkey sausage panini, chicken salad sandwich on a challah roll, and an egg & potato bowl (forgot the name of the dish). I recommend all of these dishes ?

Food is no doubt good. The service on the other hand is slow as hell. The last two times there there was a wait. Why was there a 20 minute wait for food which turned in over a half hour. Last week we were told there was a 35 minute wait food but we could have a seat. Yup we left! They have got to do better. I understand the food is good and must be food must be cooked but having to wait so long is ridiculous. H

I am such a fan of this place. But this is the second I received a burnt delivery order from here. I’m so disappointed. This is one of my favorite places to get my food on my day off. When I called to tell them the food was burnt, the lady suggested I call GrubHub and see if I can get a refund. No apology. That was not very good customer service!! I took a picture but I don’t know how to add it.

We booked Brian and his Farmacy catering team for our wedding and everything was so superb. Brian made the planning process easy and stress free. He even went above and beyond to customize our own cheesecake in a space theme just how we wanted. His talent is unparalleled and the time he takes for the food presentation as well as the taste is incredible! We had a taco bar and mini cheesecakes for our wedding and everything was so delicious. All the guests kept raving about how delicious the food was. His catering team as well as bartenders at the wedding were all so friendly and personable with us as well as the guests. If you are looking for a catering team for your wedding or event, we highly recommend Brian and his Farmacy team!
