The boils are good…the service is hit hit miss miss miss. The direction of customer service is going in the wrong direction. much different from when it first opened.

The food is always delicious. The server was forgetful but pleasant. I was surprised that they don't provide artificial sweetners for hot tea. When we went, it wasn't crowded.

Draven is the BEST server they have that is why in gave this place 5 stars. In my experience he is the only server that brings the food out hot. Handsdown he is their star server. Let me not forgot the bus guy... he is like a flash lighting you get up table clean covered and ready to take the next customer. I do not his name he young, African American dedicated to his job and shows extreme pride in what he does!!

Just left after an amazing dinner!!! Our waitress Shante was the sweetest ever. The manger( I believe) even came over to show me how to eat my crawfish) The all you can eat menu comes with so much amazing food. Everything was absolutely delicious and with huge portions. The hook and reel seasoning in the boil bag - absolutely yummy. It was our first time there and we cannot wait to go back!! Who needs a place like red lobster when this was cheaper and waaaaay more delicious!!
Draven you are the Man ! Respectful , Courteous and well mannered . I would rather drive 15 min out to Rosedale than drive 5 min to my local seafood joint . Draven always makes us feel at home and well taken care of .
