Everything is fine here ***except*** this one bizarre thing:
They keep all the napkins behind the counter. They don't give you any with your food. If you ask for napkins, they will gladly tell you where they are, but they won't hand them out to you. The customer has to reach over/behind the service counter to retrieve napkins.
It's just bizarre. Who doesn't need one or two napkins with their sub?

Usually my favorite fast sandwiches. But at this location, service was only a dismal okay. Had to bus own table with a Kleenex from my bag. Had to return sandwich to counter for slicing in half ... Jimmy John's usually will do that, but not at this location. Watched another customer immediately return with his take-out order to have his sandwich sliced as well. Observed staff member mimicking that customer as he exited the store. Unwich was poorly wrapped with small pieces of lettuce. Had ordered to eat in, but women's restroom remained locked entire visit. Unable to wash hands after messy unwich. Recommend for the food, but not for the service.

This is legit the best Jimmy John’s in Baltimore. I’ve stopped there several times normally on Friday and they are always friendly, confirm your order, and are quick and accurate with the delivery! Even when the line is long. Please thank your excellent crew there.

My husband and I stopped at this location to only be disappointed. We’ve learned a lesson to check our food immediately and not leaving especially since we live 40 minutes away from this location. My husband got a turkey & bacon unwich…. Well it was rarely any turkey on it, the bacon was not cooked and the lettuce was wilted.
I got that Italian wrap… NO TOMATOES requested. Well of course when I got home there were tomatoes on my wrap. Not to mention, I am allergic to tomatoes so luckily I unwrapped the wrap prior to eating.
Again, we got home and discovered what was wrong with our sandwiches and threw them away. Money wasted but most importantly made incorrectly, when I requested no tomatoes something I am allergic to.
In addition, it should have been a red flag when the two workers took forever to make our sandwiches and they was no one else in there but us. They were friendly; however, what mattered was our food.

I called Jimmy John’s because I was interested in buying the new firecracker wrap.. I wanted to know what all was in the wrap.. it had two different meats turkey and salami .. so I called the location at Rosedale to ask if a person was the salami beef or pork and she stated pork.. and I said okay.. I don’t eat pork.. will you be able to substitute the pork salami for a different meat and she said no.. I would have to take the salami off and purchase another meat at a cost.. I hope that Jimmy John’s can come up with a way to accommodate all their customers even the ones that doesn’t eat pork.. I would have loved to try there new wrap..
