This is the LAST time we order from this place! Ordered 5 subs (3 toasted chicken bacon ranch, 1 turkey club, and 1 Italian cold cut and 2 bags of potato chips), paid more than $74! The toasted chicken bacon ranch subs had 2 small slices of tomatoes on them and hardly no chicken/bacon. Not sure if they feel that if they drowned them in mayo and ranch no one would notice the lack of meat, but they're wrong! The toasted buns were extremely hard on one end, making it hard for someone to even eat the end without scraping their gums! The turkey club had exactly 5 thin slices of turkey and tons of lettuce! The cold cut sub wasn't great either! Our subs didn't even come close to the pictures they're modeled after!
You'd be better off saving your $74 before ordering their subs, because you definitely are not getting what you paid for!

Asked for no mayo on my sandwhich multiple times. Confirmed with the cashier, only to get mayo on my sandwhich. On two different occasions. If you’re going here make sure you baby sit them. $12 sandwhich by the way

Everything is fine here ***except*** this one bizarre thing:
They keep all the napkins behind the counter. They don't give you any with your food. If you ask for napkins, they will gladly tell you where they are, but they won't hand them out to you. The customer has to reach over/behind the service counter to retrieve napkins.
It's just bizarre. Who doesn't need one or two napkins with their sub?
Absolutely love that long haired dude. Good food. Could use a tv for sports and a big fan bc it's a bit hot.

Usually my favorite fast sandwiches. But at this location, service was only a dismal okay. Had to bus own table with a Kleenex from my bag. Had to return sandwich to counter for slicing in half ... Jimmy John's usually will do that, but not at this location. Watched another customer immediately return with his take-out order to have his sandwich sliced as well. Observed staff member mimicking that customer as he exited the store. Unwich was poorly wrapped with small pieces of lettuce. Had ordered to eat in, but women's restroom remained locked entire visit. Unable to wash hands after messy unwich. Recommend for the food, but not for the service.

This is legit the best Jimmy John’s in Baltimore. I’ve stopped there several times normally on Friday and they are always friendly, confirm your order, and are quick and accurate with the delivery! Even when the line is long. Please thank your excellent crew there.
