Placed a party of 2 on the waiting list. Text back stated no wait. Parked and responded to text that we had arrived. Told we would receive a text when our table was ready and we were next. No one at Host table when we arrived. Then several parties of people arrived. All got seated before us. Stated the text that we were next and awaiting a text and were told that there are no reservations. So their wait list, company texts and no apology and no looking at their computer wait lists. What is the point. Host went to seat us after my inquiry but I had a bad taste in my mouth and was a bit annoyed. Went to Outbacks, Perry Hall and had exceptional services from start to finish. Glad we decided to leave. From now on always Outback over shotty service at Longhorn!

We were here about a week ago for a family members birthday, we had appetizers a main course, the food came out in a timely manner and our food was absolutely delicious, if you haven't been here yet its time I'm sure you will enjoy the food as much as we did.

I would have rated it a 5 star if I didn't have hair in my food.I normally receive Great service at this location but this waitress was one of the worst.The manager clearly showed a lack of concern about the hair which I was very surprised.Last visit for me

We went during the week in the evening. The waitress and hostess were nice but our waitress could have been more attentive. We had to ask another waitress for a few things bc she didn't check on us and once she forgot an item. Our bad experience started when we got our steaks, mine was medium and my bfs was medium rare. Well his steak was rare and mine was medium rare. We didn't want to make a big deal about it bc we both can eat rare steaks. It's just not what we wanted that evening. I ask for horseradish for my steak. It was very fresh. As I was eating it, I found a hair in the small dish. Our server wasn't far from us and I waved her over. She immediately apologized and put the hair into a napkin. She replaced the horseradish but I couldn't eat the rest of my steak. I kept thinking about the hair. It definitely wasn't mine or my bfs. I have very long red hair and my bf shaves his head bald. The waitress didn't tell the manager but I saw him asking people if everything was all right and called him to our table. I told him what happened with the hair and he asked me if I was sure it was hair! He said horseradish sometimes looks like hair. I told him the waitress put it in a napkin it was too long and had a curl to it, it definitely wasn't the natural texture of horseradish. I was a bartender for a long time and I've made a lot of Bloody Mary's and I also keep it in my house. I felt like it was rude to even ask me that question. He said well sometimes things like this happen. I hope you have a wonderful evening and left!!! I wasn't looking for a free meal. We spent over $100 on our meal. He could have paid for the appetizer or taken a few dollars off the check. As we were leaving there was a gentleman refusing to pay for his steak bc it wasn't cooked properly and the manager was arguing with him about it . That evening we both had a little bit of indigestion and an upset stomach. The next day we were both sick and taking turns running to the bathroom. My bf paid in cash and didn't take the receipt. I asked him to please start taking the receipt bc if I had it I would have called their corporate office. I don't care what you pay for a meal it shouldn't make you sick. I'm not talking about McDonald's here. We dropped a little over $120. For that amount of money I except everything to be okay. The fact that the manager question me if it was even hair is unacceptable. I highly doubt that LongHorn Steakhouse wants their customers treated that way. I'm not a big meat eater anymore but when I wanted a good steak this is where I went. I'll be looking for a new steakhouse.DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!
