Just placed an order true phone app and picked up my order and didn't get all my food

Placed my order at the kiosk and 10 minutes later still didn’t have my food. I asked an employee and they acted like they didn’t even have my order. They did promptly get it at that point. Second time here and service was slow then also.

Felt like I was a bother to the person ringing my order. I don't like doing the kiosk ordering and feel for the cost they should be welcoming my order. A bit dirty in bathroom and nasty around the fountain drink area. Considering the prices we paid they should be more attentive to customers then just standing around chatting. I won't be back to that one!

25 minutes wait for 3 meals to be handed to me after ordering. Place was a mess, drink and ice machine in the lobby broken, kiosk did not give me a receipt. Folks who ordered after me got their meal before me. Chaos in the restaurant and the drive thru was blocked by a delivery truck. Bad experience all around.

Came in at 1015 pm 45 min before close, was told they were closed and only taking orders from drive-thru. Rude people who lie to customers so they dont have to work. The manager started getting bitchy for no reason. I pointed out the doors werent locked, I mentioned the hours said they were open till 11pm. Then she said they turned off the registers already. I was paying with card on the kiosk anyway. She sucked through her teeth muttered something in Spanish under her breath then said to just use the drive thru. Not coming back.
Place is always crawling with ants. The employees rather carry on conversations than take orders. Food constantly wrong
Rude manager and horrible service is the take away.
